International Provider of Corporate Apparel and Business to Business Essentials Institutes Cloud-Based Platform.
May 31, 2012 (Marlton, NJ) – eMaint Enterprises, a world leader in cloud-based maintenance management systems, in conjunction with Cintas Corporation, today announced that eMaint’s X3 product will be rolled out to all Cintas’ uniform rental production facilities. Cintas, as part of its reliability program, will benefit from eMaint’s software-as-a-platform across over 150 North American locations.
“We are very pleased to assist Cintas’ Uniform Rental Division by providing our eMaint X3 system in a format that has been configured to meet the company’s exact requirements,” said Gene Pargas, Vice President of Strategic Accounts at eMaint. “The system will provide upper management a full spectrum of data regarding the maintenance condition of each and every plant, streamline their common maintenance practices and make them available to all locations.”
eMaint X3 is Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) that has the ability to help organizations manage their equipment repairs, improve productivity and monitor asset health. It delivers a rich, yet easy to use feature-set that enhances maintenance effectiveness, improves efficiencies and provides heightened executive insight into business performance.
In 2011, an Engineering Project Team was tasked with launching a pilot CMMS program that could provide a centralized database of historical maintenance and associated costs, transparency into daily operation, standardized procedures for preventive maintenance and work orders and the ability to tailor the system to match Cintas’ specific processes.
eMaint delivered these requirements at a low total cost of ownership and was selected for the pilot program. The pilot was launched with a goal to roll the program out to over 150 rental production facilities at the conclusion of the pilot. The pilot successfully met all goals and Cintas is now executing the next phase of implementation.
“eMaint provides transparency, consistency, and customization at a low total cost of ownership while supporting Cintas’s reliability initiatives and standards across multiple locations,” said James Wagoner, Regional Field Engineer. “We are pleased that the pilot program has met all of our goals and are we are in the process of implementing this CMMS solution throughout our uniform rental division.”
