Pargas and Wagoner to Present on Planning and Executing a Successful Reliability Pilot and Rollout.
November 19, 2012 (Marlton, NJ) – eMaint Enterprises, a world leader in cloud-based maintenance management systems, is set to participate in the 27 th Annual International Maintenance Conference (IMC) from December 4-7 in Bonita Springs, Florida. Gene Pargas, Vice President of Strategic Accounts at eMaint will be co-presenting with James Wagoner, Regional Field Engineer at Cintas on “Keys to Planning and Executing a Successful Reliability Pilot and Rollout.”

Mr. Pargas was the Project Manger during eMaint’s work with Cintas. He worked very closely with Mr. Wagoner to ensure the pilot and rollout was a success. Mr. Pargas was instrumental in eMaint being selected to participate in the conference.
Their presentation will focus on learning how a small team can champion and execute a successful Reliability Initiative and Program rollout. They will share the keys to successfully forming a project team, getting approval, setting expectations, selecting the right participants for a pilot program, keeping the project on track, creating and managing an implementation plan, communicating progress, and meeting objectives, resulting in a program that corporate has approved and plant managers are clamoring to participate in.
