Company Focuses on Expanded Training for Global User Base, Emphasizes Hospitality Service.
April 5, 2012 (Marlton, NJ) – eMaint Enterprises, LLC, a world leader in on-demand maintenance management systems since 1986, has hired Paul Marino as Software Implementation Specialist. In his new position, he will be delivering on-site training and professional services to the company’s more than 14,000 users worldwide.
“Paul is a key addition to the professional services group with his extensive expertise in training and software implementation and his experience in eLearning and the hospitality industry,” said Brian Samelson, CEO and President at eMaint. “Our clients are our absolute priority in every situation. Mr. Marino has an extensive skill-set in software training, implementation, support, and analysis. He has trained and implemented software programs on five continents and lived in Mexico as an International Business Analyst. He also has extensive hospitality experience with an additional focus on Work Order Management, is certified as a Material Handling and Equipment Trainer and is actively pursuing a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Prior to joining eMaint, Mr. Marino was a Senior Training Specialist at Tech Data, where he was responsible for all new hire orientation, new hire and refresher job training, and certification and re-certification of Material Handling Equipment.
Previously, Mr. Marino spent 8 years at PAR Springer-Miller Systems, Inc. (PSMS) most recently as a Client Services and Business Analyst professional. At PSMS he held many different roles ranging from Certification Manager to International Business Analyst.
