May 21, 2013, Marlton, NJ – eMaint Enterprises this week introduced X3 Version 11, the next-generation of its flagship computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), featuring enhancements that enable customers to ramp up their productivity.
“At eMaint, we spend a lot of time listening to our customers and learning how to help them work faster and smarter,” said eMaint CEO Brian Samelson. “We have incorporated this feedback into X3 Version 11, which uses the latest online technologies to deliver a best-in-class user experience. In these times, when maintenance teams are being asked to operate as efficiently as possible, every additional keystroke necessary to perform a task slows them down. X3 Version 11 will ‘turbo-charge’ productivity.”
By using the new features of X3 Version 11, users can:
Work faster. Maintenance personnel can perform major functions they need from one “command-and-control” screen – from checking the status of priority work orders to tracking inventory levels.
Work more efficiently. Users can create their own, custom “workspace,” defining and saving their own filters, designating specific records as “favorites” and viewing frequently accessed items automatically when logging on.
Work more effectively. Users can keep up-to-date on critical work by identifying priority items as “favorites”. For example, once a work order is identified as a favorite, any labor or material charges applied against that work order are automatically included on the users’ “wall”.
eMaint’s “software as a service” (SaaS) business model emphasizes a high degree of client customization and flexible pricing geared to the needs of all business sizes. When the first generation was launched in 1999, X3 quickly developed a fanbase for allowing customers to customize forms and fields to fit their specific needs. This latest generation takes personalization to the next level, allowing each individual user to customize their own “command-and-control” screens and user experience.
“We were among the first companies to see and act on the potential of Web-based software as a service,” recalled Samelson. “With X3 Version 11, we’re pioneering the next generation — a more personalized user experience.”
eMaint’s customer base now surpasses 18,000 users from approximately 2,000 companies, with a retention rate of 96 percent. In 2012, eMaint was named South Jersey’s fifth fastest-growing private companies by the Philadelphia Business Journal, received the BOSS (Best of SaaS Software) award from THINKstrategies and was included in the “Philly 100” honor roll of fastest-growing privately held companies by the Entrepreneurs’ Forum of Greater Philadelphia.
