Work Request User Accounts #

Work Request Accounts

Type of user account designed for individuals who only need the ability to submit requests for work. Personnel submit requests via a secure login and can view the history of their open and completed requests. Work request users accounts are sold in packs of 10.

There are 2 additional ways that work requests may be submitted. The email request option allows anyone to send an email which is automatically converted to a work request. With the web request form option, you can easily enable your customers (employees, students, faculty, clients, etc.) to submit a work request via a link from your intranet or web site. These advanced request options are available at "Get Onboard" and "All In" subscription levels.

"Get Onboard" subscriptions include a $250 annual credit that can be applied to any of the work request options listed below:

"All In" subscribers gain access to the most experienced members of our Professional Services team. Your Account Manager is part of your project team and can participate in discussions with Project managers, IT and others within your organization, share best practices and develop full KPIs and Dashboards including user adoption metrics.

The cost for maintaining this feature across all X3 users within this account is $500/year. The maintenance fee is waived for "All In" subscriptions.

In order to utilize this feature, an account must first be established with Rackspace Cloud to host your documents. The Vendor Portal user logins are designed to provide limited system access to vendors and outside contractors. Through a vendor portal user login, contractors can access work that has been assigned to them, acknowledge that they have received the details of work to be completed and update cost information. The portal can be configured to show specific fields in the lists and charge areas, as well as hide any type of charges you do not wish vendors to have access to create.

Additionally, with subscription to the Document Storage feature, vendors can attach documents such as invoices and images to the work order record.
