$40 per user per month based on annual prepaid commitment.

|Full-featured Web CMMS|
eMaint X3 is a comprehensive web-based maintenance management system that includes work order management, asset management, preventive maintenance, inventory management, condition monitoring and customizable reports and dashboards.
Your eMaint X3 subscription includes frontline helpdesk support via phone, email or live chat. Free monthly webinars on tips for using eMaint X3 software and other maintenance and reliability best practices are also included in your subscription.
|Daily Data Backup|
We do all of the heavy data lifting so you can focus on your maintenance activities rather than on data concerns. eMaint has partnered with Rackspace, a world-class IT hosting company, to host and manage its servers. All software and data residing on our secure servers is backed up on a nightly basis.
|Intro Training Session|
A member of our client services team will conduct a welcome call to introduce you to the system documentation, set up your users and schedule your complimentary "Welcome Aboard" Intro to eMaint X3 (Web-based Workshop).
|Updates & Enhancements|
All software upgrades and enhancements are included in your monthly subscription fee at no additional cost. New features and functions are rolled out to you automatically. Our new features forum and web-based workshops are designed to keep you up-to-date on all system upgrades and enhancements.

Self Starter subscriptions include unlimited access to eMaint University (eU), our on-demand training tool that provides 24/7 access to all of the eMaint CMMS and best practices learning materials. Subscribers enjoy unlimited instructor-led web-based training courses as well as unlimited access to recorded trainings and workshops.
|Best Practices Content|
With eMaint University (eU), the eMaint X3 user community can participate in a host of on-demand, self-paced learning sessions and seminars designed to complement and enhance not only your CMMS experience, but your maintenance and reliability knowledge as well. We invite maintenance and reliability experts to present at monthly Best Practices webinars. These sessions are also recorded and available "On-Demand" through eMaint University.
|X3 Mobile Access|
eMaint MX, a wireless version of eMaint, provides an easy-to-use, cost-effective solution for maintenance personnel in the field. Designed to run on smart phones, mobile computers, or any device that is browser-enabled, eMaint MX reduces the paperwork required with hard-copy work orders. Keep track of your inventory usage and create, assign and approve work requests for any asset.
Qualified subscribers are provided a toll free phone number to our Helpdesk Support Team.
|Priority Support Access|
Qualified subscribers receive priority response from our Helpdesk Support team who will respond within 3 business hours when you email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the support line.
Everything offered in "Self Starter" PLUS Dedicated Account Management, request user options, "Sandbox" staging account and advanced software features.

|Dedicated Account Management|
Take advantage of the eMaint team's product knowledge and implementation experience. A dedicated account management team will be assigned to your account and manage your initial training and configuration as well as working with you to help you meet your ongoing CMMS objectives. Your account management team provides personalized service and familiarity with your account. You will deal directly with your team who understands your operation and your account configuration for significant improvements in response time to your inquiries and requests.
|10-pack Request Users|
Type of user account designed for individuals who only need the ability to submit requests for work. Personnel submit requests via a secure login and can view the history of their open and completed requests. "Get Onboard" level subscriptions include a 10-pack of work request user accounts.
|"Sandbox" Staging Account|
A staging account allows you to review new features and software updates prior to their release. Your staging account can also be used for training and to test and evaluate configuration changes to your instance before they are rolled out to your live account.
|Look & Feel Branding|
Take advantage of emaint's advanced personalization feature in which your eMaint software can be updated to include your company logo and corporate color scheme.
|Advanced Storeroom Features|
Clients with multiple storerooms can take advantage of eMaint's advanced multi-location inventory support which allows you to track inventory by location. This feature helps you make better use of your resources and avoid stockpiling spare parts in one storeroom location while running out in another.
Everything offered in "Get Onboard" PLUS access to integration APIs, unlimited work requestors, multi-site toolkit and invaluable face-to-face interaction with Senior Account Manager.
$120 per user per month based on annual prepaid commitment.

|Sr. Account Management|
"All In" subscribers gain access to the most experienced members of our Professional Services team. A senior account management team will be assigned to your account and consult with you and your team to tailor the system to best match your evolving needs. Your Account Management team can participate in discussions with Project managers, IT and others within your organization, share best practices and develop full KPIs and Dashboards including user adoption metrics.
|Annual Onsite Visit|
An Annual Onsite visit from your Account Manager is a benefit of your "All In" subscription (travel expenses additional). Activities range from an on-site kick-off session to evaluating your current usage of the system and preparing a Roadmap for the next 12 months. Clients may also elect to have an Account Manager come onsite when the system goes live.
|Unlimited Work Request User Accounts|
"All In" subscriptions include an unlimited number of work request user accounts which allow users to submit requests via a secure login and view history of their requests. Two additional request options are available. The email request option allows anyone to send an email which is automatically converted to a work request. The web request form option allows work requests to be submitted via a link from your intranet or web site.
|Access to Web API|
"All In" subscriptions include access to our Web API, allowing data to be shared between eMaint X3 CMMS and other third party corporate systems. eMaint has over 26 years of experience integrating our software with external applications including SAP and Oracle among others.
Organizations with multiple locations can take advantage of the powerful features of eMaint X3's Multi-Location Toolkit which include "pushing out" standardized information to multiple sites, multi-site inventory visibility and consolidated reporting at divisional and enterprise levels.
