You have the best technical support team in the business. All others should learn from you."
eMaint X3 Enterprise is the same great Web-architected maintenance and asset management system that we offer via the Internet, but instead it resides on your own internal server and is accessible via your LAN/WAN/Intranet. In this deployment, you purchase and own the software licenses, and you maintain the system and perform daily backups as with other applications that you administer in-house. eMaint installs the application on your server, and configures the system to meet your business process and workflow requirements. You opt to purchase an annual support agreement and subcription plan.
X3 Enterprise is the perfect solution for organizations that desire an easy-to-use, flexible CMMS/EAM but whose policies prohibit the utilization of a system that is accessed via the Internet. It is well suited to both single-site locations and multi-site enterprises. eMaint X3 Enterprise is a full-featured system that can help you schedule and plan maintenance, track all types of work orders and work requests, control and reduce inventory, prevent equipment failure, reduce equipment downtime, and manage enterprise assets.
Whether you are considering a CMMS system for the first time or are seeking to replace your existing system, you owe it to yourself and to your organization to give eMaint's enterprise asset management software a try.

80% of all CMMS implementations have failed!
"The statistics are startling - up to 80 percent of all computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) implementations have failed. When considering the costs associated with a CMMS project, an 80 percent failure rate is a tough number for any company to overcome." - ReliablePlant Blog (April 2009)
"It's scary when you think that anywhere from 40 to 80 percent of these (CMMS) implementations wind up not meeting expectations." - CMMSCity.com

eMaint has a 96% subscription renewal rate!
"The real significance of the SaaS movement is that it fundamentally changes the vendor-customer relationship. SaaS shifts the responsibility of successfully deploying and maintaining software applications from the customer to the vendor. This moves the burden to the vendor to ensure the success of the application."
"If a SaaS solution doesn't work, customers are not obligated to continue to use it because they haven't made a significant upfront capital investment that needs to be amortized. Instead, vendors are under more pressure to ensure their solutions satisfy their customers' requirements or they risk abandonment."
"An indication of the success of this new vendor-customer relationship is the impressive customer satisfaction, renewal and referral levels in the SaaS market."

What are CMMS and EAM Software?
A CMMS software package maintains a computer database of information about an organization's maintenance operations, i.e. CMMS - computerized maintenance management system. This information is intended to help maintenance workers do their jobs more effectively (for example, determining which machines require maintenance and which storerooms contain the spare parts they need) and to help management make informed decisions (for example, calculating the cost of machine breakdown repair versus preventive maintenance for each machine, possibly leading to better allocation of resources). CMMS data may also be used to verify regulatory compliance. CMMS packages can produce status reports and documents giving details or summaries of maintenance activities and trends. A CMMS is a vital component of an Enterprise Asset Management system as it helps you optimize your maintenance resources and improve your return on assets.
