Brian Samelson - CEO & President
Since his first TRS-80 in the early 80's, Brian has been a software developer, in practice and at heart. A leading proponent of the "SaaS" movement for B2B software, Brian brings his broad experience to all aspects of leadership and vision at eMaint. A lifelong resident of the Philly/South Jersey area, he holds BA in economics, and splits his time between NJ and Fla. An avid fan of sports, music, and movies, Brian can often be found rooting on the Phillies, Eagles and Flyers, attending concerts, or dropping random quotes from his favorite movies to illustrate a point. Brian is married to his wonderful wife, Heather and has two incredible children, Becca and Kyle, his greatest achievements.

Hannelore Fineman - Executive Vice President
Hannelore is a founding partner and member of the senior leadership team with responsibility for national account management, sales and professional services. Outside of work, she devotes her time and energy to her family, including volunteering and raising funds for her daughter's school. A foodie at heart, she is passionate about healthy living and organic, locally grown, healthy food, much to the amusement and good-natured ribbing of the rest of the eMaint team.

Jon Hollander - Executive Vice President of Operations
In Jon's position, he is providing operational leadership and driving transformational change at eMaint, with a goal of positioning the firm for future growth. He is charged with driving the development of the company's strategic vision, institutionalizing processes, and aligning them with business goals to drive financial performance. Jon has a long record of leading organizations and leveraging technology to achieve business objectives - spanning almost 20 years in both the private and public sector. Prior to eMaint, Jon held leadership positions at Medco Health Solutions and Harte-Hanks. He holds a bachelors degree in computer science from Rutgers University. Jon is a sports fan and roots for all Philly teams; a classic rock devotee; and a car enthusiast - owning over 60 in his lifetime. He is married and has two young daughters.

Gene Pargas - Vice President Strategic Accounts
Bring It! An entrepreneur and productivity expert, Gene has a passion for helping people and organizations to become more effective. He helps businesses identify their CMMS requirements and plan for successful implementations. He is the steam in the engine for growing profitable new business while maintaining key relationships. A little bit of Gene goes a long way. When not at work, he spends his time with his family or reading history.

Michael Briggs - VP Technology, Chief Architect
Michael has been a senior technology leader with nearly 20 years of experience who thrives in challenging, fast-paced organizations delivering advanced technology systems, solutions, architecture, and applications. In his free time he reads, builds flying remote control helicopters, sits poolside with friends and family and watches his kids in baseball, soccer and gymnastic events. Oh yes, and he loves music!

David Vaughan - Senior Developer
Senior developer and founding partner who has been with eMaint longer than anyone except the big guy. Helped move our CMMS software from DOS, to Windows and finally to the current X3 Online. Pioneered the concept of telecommuting even before the term and high speed internet existed. Back-to-back champion of the company fantasy football league. Enjoys annual trips to Florida for baseball's spring training.

Sergio Plaut - Director of International Operations
Sergio graduated as a mechanical engineer at Escola de Engenharia Maua, Brazil. He then worked with a multinational corporations company in sales, marketing and engineering for over 25 years. Sergio has experience working in all countries in the Americas and the Caribbean with fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English. In his free time you can find Sergio jogging, at the movies or riding his motorcycle. He loves good food and traveling and being with his family too!

Alex Allen - Senior Product Manager
Heads up the award-winning "Service on 11" Support team. Lord and master of all things X3. Editor-in-Chief of eMaint University. Hosts monthly workshops (to record-setting attendance often rivaling that of a rock concert). Fanatical about customer support, cars and the Pittsburgh Penguins (two out of 3 ain't bad).

Ryan Kay - Product Manager
Ryan has never met a workflow or a custom configuration he couldn't handle. He's proud to be a team member since 2005, and loves being part of the initiative to help keep the company on the forefront of new technology. He enjoys his role as the bridge between eMaint end users and the development team, helping customers get the most out of the product they have come to depend upon every day.

Tim Wilson - Senior eLearning Manager
Tim is the Senior Manager of eLearning and oversees the continued evolution of eMaint University. He comes to eMaint from a Fortune 500 company with over 10 years experience in customer training, eLearning, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Tim is married with 2 children (10-year-old son Connor and 6-year-old daughter Grace). In his "downtime" Tim enjoys coaching youth sports, spending time with his family and never ending DIY projects. Tim doesn't have to try very hard to be awesome, he just is.

Jeff Werth - Senior Customer Success Manager
Jeff returns to eMaint with over 25 years of customer facing experience ranging from project
management and account management to sales. He was an early contributor to eMaint's flagship
product X3 and has always been credited with a great understanding of the products and services he is responsible for.
Jeff is a strong believer in the philosophies behind "Good to Great" and "Raving Fans", bringing a great passion for customer success. Jeff's A-type personality will provide many opportunities for co-workers to have fun at his expense, but he doesn't take it personally (most of the time). Jeff and his wife Rebecca have three daughters - Victoria, Julia and Emily. In his free time Jeff enjoys golf, poker and he is a Fantasy Football fanatic.

Tim Webster - Customer Enablement Manager
Tim comes to eMaint with 10 years of experience in client management and business analysis. A member of the Project Management Institute Tim has spent the past couple of years implementing SQL databases for associations in the Washington, D.C. area. In his free time Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling to far off places or rooting on his hometown teams (Nationals and Capitals).

Bill Green - Customer Enablement Manager
Bill assists customers with any and all questions they may have. He also makes configurations to the software, tests new product releases and helps the sales team with product related demos. Bill enjoys traveling (he's been to over 20 countries), trying new foods and meeting new people. Bill is part of a huge family and coaches soccer. He can be seen at concerts and Philly sports games - he's a big Phillies fan!

Amanda Hosseini - Customer Success Manager
Amanda graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelors degree in Business Management and has over 10 years of customer service experience. She spent time in Vermont pursuing her college career, as well as in Colorado where she worked at Winter Park Ski Resort. She grew up in Maryland, and is a Redskins fan, but loves sports in general. She is now living in South Jersey, and although she loved living in various places, now plans to keep the traveling limited for a while.

Julia has a Paralegal Studies degree from National Paralegal College and has worked in law firms for the past 3 years. Before law Julia worked in retail and promotions and brings a lot to the table with skills in customer service and account management. In her spare time Julia enjoys spending time with her family, including her 1-year-old daughter. Julia likes to run and trains for at least 3 races every season.

After recently graduating from Boston University, Lauren joins eMaint as Customer Success Manager. As the company expands and our customers' needs grow and change, she works with all our teams to ensure that we keep pace and still deliver the same level of quality personalized service. In her free time, Lauren enjoys exploring the great outdoors, sailing, traveling, and supporting Philadelphia sports teams.

Rona Palmer - Marketing Director
Works on all things marketing from web site content and email campaigns to webinars, search engine optimization, and customer success stories. Admits to being both a numbers geek as well as a teller of stories. Enjoys listening to customers talk about their creative uses for the eMaint system and then sharing their stories. Week-end hobbies include biking, baseball, singing and experimental cooking. Family members are the unsuspecting recipients of her cooking experiments which range from the delectable to the inedible.

Michael Abbamondi - Sales Director
In his role as Director of Inside Sales Mike is charged with driving eMaint's consultative sales approach. Mike is an accomplished leader with over 20 years in both sales and operations improvement. His experience as an Industrial Engineer for companies such as The Franklin Mint and QVC give him an insight into operational issues that few others have. Mike has held sales leadership positions at General Electric and holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management from Drexel University. In his off time, Mike enjoys watching movies and spending time with his wife and three children.

Angela graduated from the University of Delaware and also spent a year in Spain, teaching English. As a part of the sales team, Angela is the first person to connect with customers to help them identify their needs, so that they can get started on eMaint's CMMS path to happiness. In her spare time Angela loves going to new restaurants and watching TV!

Danielle graduated from Quinnipiac University with a degree in Finance. She joined the eMaint Sales Team right after graduation. She enjoys working with prospective customers throughout their evaluation of eMaint, and eventually welcoming them to the eMaint family of customers. In her spare time, she can be found at the gym, listening to country music, or watching reality TV. During her time off, she likes going down to the shore or traveling to faraway, magical lands.

Mark graduated with honors from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, and took his talents to Silicon Valley. He brings experience in SaaS sales, as well as account management. After relocating back to New Jersey, Mark identified eMaint as a great fit to utilize his software sales experience. He is a die hard Philadelphia sports fan, and also enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding, fishing, and wiffle ball.

Shannon joined eMaint with many years of experience in elementary education. She is very excited to be a part of the eMaint team. As a Sales Development Associate, she is the first person to connect with CMMS users to help them identify their needs. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs. She also enjoys cheering on the Flyers and Phillies!

Ken comes to eMaint with over 8 years of experience in sales and customer service. Along with his Business degree from Wilmington University, Ken is looking to obtain his Master's in the near future. In his free time, Ken enjoys recording music, watching movies, and staying up-to-date with local sports teams.

Joe Masters - Sales Development Associate
Joe discovered eMaint after Graduating from Drexel University with majors in Entrepreneurship and Legal Studies. He was delighted to join a growing team of passionate, like-minded people with entrepreneurial spirit! Outside of work Joe participates with the Special Olympics where he serves as a swimming coach and mentor. In his spare time Joe enjoys surfing, reading and outdoor activities. People have made speculations that Joe owns a pair of jean shorts, Joe has neither confirmed nor denied these allegations.

Michael graduated from St. Joseph's University in 2011 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Healthcare Services and a minor in Healthcare Ethics. He is a South Jersey native and has diverse background with a wide-range of experience including bartending, retail and catering. In his spare time Michael enjoys being on a hockey team, snowboarding and playing soccer. He also follows all Philadelphia sports teams!

Steve Carbonetta - Product Specialist
Having survived being kidnapped from the side of the road by the eMaint's executive team, Steve specializes in providing fanatical customer support, testing software, providing training and is our resident custom configuration guru. When not super-glued to his phone, Steve studies martial arts, spends time defending the virtue of Bruce Lee and building his own time traveling tardis.

Dan graduated from Rutgers University with an Associates Degree in Finance. At eMaint, he provides support to X3 software users and acts as a product knowledge resource for internal team members. For fun, Dan likes to play his guitar and participate in car meets and cruises with his Subaru. He is also fluent in Spanish!

Daniel graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering. He puts his problem-solving abilities to use at eMaint to help clients better utilize the software. When not at work, Daniel can be found reading about science and technology, playing cards or video games with friends, and studying to earn a Masters in Information Systems from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Vicky earned her BA in Communications/Advertising at Universidade Federal do Espirito Santo, in Brazil. She is fluent in English and Portuguese and speaks some Spanish and French. (So if you ever hear something that you don't quite understand, please pardon her French.) Vicky has a passion for helping customers achieve their goals and is proud to be a member of the eMaint team. In her spare time she likes to live a happy & healthy lifestyle, which includes being physically active and enjoying the company of her 17 year-old daughter, Liana, before she leaves the nest.

Weslley Cavalcante - Customer Support
Weslley graduated as an Agricultural Engineer at Universidade Federal do Ceara in Brazil. Along with English, he also speaks Spanish and Portuguese. Weslley brought his friendly personality and language skills to eMaint to provide great service to our customers. In his spare time he likes to do a lot of weird stuff. Weslley likes to write music, play guitar, raise his bees, shoot videos and post them on YouTube. This may not sound so weird, but that is just because you haven't seen his videos yet.

Chad is a member of the eMaint support team and works out of the Florida office. Chad comes to eMaint after owning his own IT Consulting business. He has a degree in Technical Systems Management from DeVry University and a Black Belt in Martial Arts! In his free time, Chad spends time with his wife and three kids and enjoys going to the beach. Music is also a huge part of his life and he has been playing the guitar and piano for over 20 years.

Christopher is a self-taught Senior Software Engineer with 13 years of experience in software development. Chris is a fan of open source and keeping things super simple. Despite being German and Irish, he loves to cook an "Italian Sunday dinner" and entertain friends. In his free time Chris reads fantasy books, as well as games with his friends over the weekend.

Kin graduated from Penn State with an electrical engineering degree. He is experienced in multi-tier development and especially skilled in the database tier. Being an engineer, Kin has a passion for problem solving and enjoys the journey of finding the answers. From early fall to late spring, you can find Kin in a bowling league where he averages in the 170's. When he's not listening to Coldplay or playing video games, he also enjoys reading The Child and Preston's Pendergast series.

Yan Yi came to eMaint with a master degree in Computer Science from Villanova University and over 14 years of experience in software design and development. She enjoys working in the highly energized environment that eMaint provides and is excited to grow with the company everyday. After work, she enjoys a long walk with her cock-a-poo "Snoopy". In her spare time, Yan Yi also likes to travel and enjoys finding new restaurants and trying different kinds of food.

In his free time, Sandro is always picking up a new book, to continue his studies in programming. He is also a HUGE soccer fan and can be caught playing and coaching soccer.

Kerry has experience in all aspects of accounting and has worked as a private and public Accounting Controller and Manager for several years. Previously Kerry took time off from the workforce to raise her 3 boys and then put herself back through school earning her BS in Accounting at Rutgers. In her free time Kerry loves to watch her kids play baseball and enjoys camping, the beach and hanging out by her pool...oh, and of course happy hour too!

Donnielle comes to eMaint with a variety of skill sets including telecommunications, customer service, bridal consulting (talk about being able to handle stress) and even professional gift wrapping - she once wrapped a wedding gift for a guest of Prince Albert of Monaco's wedding! Donnielle was born in Trinidad & Tobago and is excited to bring new things to the eMaint team. In her free time Donnielle enjoys salsa dancing, getting new tattoos and watching Extreme Cougar Wives.

Wendi Schweiger - Sales Administrative Assistant
Wendi came to eMaint after being a part of the exciting world of advertising for over 15 years. While working for an advertising agency specializing in retail destinations, Wendi was known for her exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships. Most recently, Wendi took a break from the working world to spend more time with her three children. During her downtime, Wendi can be found baking all types of desserts, doing projects with her kids and competing with her oldest son playing "Just Dance" on Xbox (he always wins). Once the kids go to bed, Wendi and her husband can finally relax together!

Before joining the eMaint team Dave was self-employed doing small maintenance and home repairs. He also volunteered (and still does) for DragonCon.org. Now Dave keeps the eMaint office together, assisting wherever he can. In his free time Dave likes to hang out, listen to music, hike and play D&D.

Xander Puppy - eMaint Marlton Location Mascot
Xander puppy was rescued from Voorhees Animal Welfare Association in May of 2012 at the age of 10 weeks. He has since learned to speak, jump, stand, walk, roll over and make hearts melt upon sight. In June of 2012, Xander came to eMaint a shy, yet curious puppy, and over the months has grown to know and love all of Marlton's employees - perhaps through the help of numerous treats and adulation. Xander's ears perk up every morning when his dad says "Wanna go to work?" and he barks and runs to the front door and patiently waits to start a new exciting day at eMaint.
