Brian Samelson - CEO & PresidentSince his first TRS-80 in the early 80's, Brian has been a software developer, in practice and at heart. A leading proponent of the "SaaS" movement for B2B software, Brian brings his broad experience to all aspects of leadership and vision at eMaint. A lifelong resident of the Philly/South Jersey area, he holds BA in economics, and splits his time between NJ and Fla. An avid fan of sports, music, and movies, Brian can often be found rooting on the Phillies, Eagles and Flyers, attending concerts, or dropping random quotes from his favorite movies to illustrate a point. Brian is married to his wonderful wife, Heather and has two incredible children, Becca and Kyle, his greatest achievements. Hannelore Fineman - Executive Vice PresidentHannelore is a founding partner and member of the senior leadership team with responsibility for national account management, sales and professional services. Outside of work, she devotes her time and energy to her family, including volunteering and raising funds for her daughter's school. A foodie at heart, she is passionate about healthy living and organic, locally grown, healthy food, much to the amusement and good-natured ribbing of the rest of the eMaint team. Gene Pargas - Vice President Strategic AccountsBring It! An entrepreneur and productivity expert, Gene has a passion for helping people and organizations to become more effective. He helps businesses identify their CMMS requirements and plan for successful implementations. He is the steam in the engine for growing profitable new business while maintaining key relationships. A little bit of Gene goes a long way. When not at work, he spends his time with his family or reading history. David Vaughan - Senior DeveloperSenior developer and founding partner who has been with eMaint longer than anyone except the big guy. Helped move our CMMS software from DOS, to Windows and finally to the current X3 Online. Pioneered the concept of telecommuting even before the term and high speed internet existed. Back-to-back champion of the company fantasy football league. Enjoys annual trips to Florida for baseball's spring training. Ryan Kay - Product & IT ManagerRyan has never yet to meet a workflow or a custom configuration he couldn't handle. He's proud to be a team member since 2005, and loves being part of the initiative to help keep the company on the forefront of new technology. He enjoys his role as the bridge between eMaint end users and the development team, helping customers get the most out of the product they have come to depend upon every day. Alex Allen - Senior Product SpecialistHeads up the award-winning "Service on 11" Support team. Lord and master of all things X3. Editor-in-Chief of eMaint University. Hosts monthly workshops (to record-setting attendance often rivaling that of a rock concert). Fanatical about customer support, cars and the Pittsburgh Penguins (two out of 3 ain't bad). Maggie Kowalski - Professional Services ManagerAfter 8 years of living up and down the East Coast, Maggie came back to Jersey to join the eMaint team. As Professional Services Manager, she's responsible for identifying new service offerings and finding ways to deliver services more efficiently. When not at work she's probably cruising around in her Jeep listening to Bruce Springsteen (very cool circa 1985) or at home watching some show about UFOs or Bigfoot. Fall Saturdays are all about Florida Gator football; Sundays belong to the New York Giants. She also enjoys running, rowing, her dog Otto, great hair and rock n' roll. She will talk all day if you let her, and if you stop by her office, be prepared to listen to one of her many stories. Mike Barok - Implementation ServicesCertified Maintenance Professional (CMRP), experienced planner/scheduler, maintenance technician, project manager and veteran road warrior. On-site CMMS implementations, Assessments and Audits a specialty. When not on-site at a customer location helping ensure their implementation success, he's on the road, traveling to the next customer somewhere around the globe. Mike brings us invaluable insights form his visits to customer locations that help us improve the product and make it even more customer-friendly. Rona Palmer - Marketing DirectorWorks on all things marketing from web site content and email campaigns to webinars, search engine optimization, and customer success stories. Admits to being both a numbers geek as well as a teller of stories. Enjoys listening to customers talk about their creative uses for the eMaint system and then sharing their stories. Week-end hobbies include biking, baseball, singing and experimental cooking. Family members are the unsuspecting recipients of her cooking experiments which range from the delectable to the inedible. Lisa Williams - Marketing CoordinatorLisa is a recent graduate of the University of Delaware and has decided to take her talents to New Jersey. With a BS in Marketing, she assists in the promotion of eMaint’s services, while keeping both the customers and the public up-to-date through social media networks. She is interested in discovering innovative ways to share all eMaint has to offer. Lisa enjoys relaxing with friends, the summer sun, and country music. Her weakness? Cupcakes. Her strength? Eating cupcakes. Jon Little - Sales Development AssociateJon Little joined the eMaint sales team as an Account Executive in May 2011. He earned his degree from Temple University in Broadcasting, Telecommunications and Mass Media. Jon found a path into sales through his love for music technology and really enjoys working with customers to find solutions to their needs. In his free time you can find him strumming strings, banging on drums, smashing keys, or turning knobs to make some sort of organized sound. Also an avid concert-goer and loyal Phillies, Flyers and Eagles fan. Danielle Mazeika - Sales Development AssociateDanielle graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2011 and jumped right into the real world joining the eMaint team. She's excited to be back in South Jersey where the beach and the city are both just a short drive away. She enjoys going down the shore to her camper, swimming laps at the gym, and rocking out to country music.
Lauren Boothe - Customer Success ManagerAfter recently graduating from Boston University, Lauren joins eMaint as Customer Success Manager. As the company expands and our customers' needs grow and change, she works with all our teams to ensure that we keep pace and still deliver the same level of quality personalized service. In her free time, Lauren enjoys exploring the great outdoors, sailing, traveling, and supporting Philadelphia sports teams. Pedro Woodruff - Latin America SpecialistExperienced international culture & business specialist now working on the expansion of X3 into the Latin American region. Pedro/Pete speaks Spanish & Brazilian Portuguese at native fluently and also speaks Mandarin Chinese, conversational Japanese, and some French. Through constant study of languages and cultures Pedro/Pete is also able to understand and "get-by" in Danish, Icelandic, Italian, and a little German. Pedro/Pete's passion has always been helping people in any environment. He is a former Spanish and ESL (English as a Second Language) certified teacher and a professional Mixed Martial Arts trainer/coach. Pedro/Pete dedicated over two decades to strict martial art/defensive tactics training with some of the world's best. Pedro/Pete treasures his wife and two daughters and regards family and love as the most important values in life. Sergio Plaut - Director of International OperationsGraduated as a mechanical engineer at Escola de Engenharia Maua, Brazil, and worked for more than 25 years in multinational corporations in sales, marketing and engineering. Experience working in all countries in the Americas and the Caribbean with fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Steve Carbonetta - Support Team LeadHaving survived being kidnapped from the side of the road by the eMaint's executive team, Steve specializes in providing fanatical customer support, testing software, providing training and is our resident custom configuration guru. When not super-glued to his phone, Steve studies martial arts, spends time defending the virtue of Bruce Lee and building his own time traveling tardis. Kevin Cronin - Helpdesk SpecialistAs a Support Specialist with eMaint Enterprises, Kevin enjoys delivering eMaint product support to customers, along with assisting them in gaining key knowledge of the system. When not supporting customers, he is updating and creating content for eMaint University, updating training information, recording videos, and performing product testing. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys supporting the Flyers. Bill Green - Helpdesk SpecialistHe blogs, he tweets, he friends, he follows, he emails, he publishes, he posts, he joins, he broadcasts, he shares and then does it all again the next hour allowing the rest of us to be anti-social. Bill is an avid traveler who has visited 18 countries, his favorite being Spain. In his free time he enjoys coaching soccer and hanging out with friends. P.S. - he is an avid Phillies fan.
Heidi Kapferer- Office ManagerHeidi helps keep the office humming like a well-oiled machine (including making sure our kitchen is well-stocked with everyone's favorite bevereages and snacks!) When not at work, Heidi likes whole organic foods, rollerskating, spinning, climbing mount washington, and riding her motorcycle! Matthew Parke- Software Development Team LeadMatt is passionate about finding interesting ways to solve problems, maximize productivity, and develop web-based software. Interested in business and web technologies, he's always looking for something new to learn. After graduating from Rowan University in 2009 with a B.A. in Psychology, he worked as a case manager until his recent transition into the tech industry. When he's not immersed in programming, you can find him listening to music, spending time with friends, and cooking up a new recipe. |
