Matt Ferry serves as Chief Strategy Officer. With more than 25 years of experience, Matt is a proven enterprise technology veteran with specific expertise in CMMS, Field Service, IoT, Mobile Computing and other Internet-related technologies. Matt graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelors degree in Science.
Mr. Ferry has built several world-class sales organizations over the course of his career and has been a key driver in setting the stage for liquidity. His primary focus is on building and developing high-energy, results-driven teams with a goal of helping to drive long-term and sustainable growth. Some of Matt’s hobbies include. In his role as Director of Customer Success, Bill leverages his vast knowledge of eMaint’s customers and his ability to help direct the teams in tactical and strategical solutions to help customers achieve their goals. He also makes configurations to the software, tests new product releases and helps the sales team with product related demos. Bill enjoys traveling (in time and space), taking long walks on short beaches, and mixing foods that don’t usually go together, like Peanut Butter and Jelly, or Ham and Cheese. He also loves meeting new people and taking a series of 10 minute naps, all in a row. Bill is part of a huge family and coaches soccer. He can be seen at the park riding unicorns and slaying dragons. He’s a big Phillies fan!
Candy joins eMaint as a seasoned supply chain and system integration professional from Chico’s FAS, Inc. and ExxonMobil Chemical Company. As a misplaced Texan, she is still looking for some “authentic” places for Mexican food in Southwest Florida.
Candy is also a Disney fanatic who believes “it’s all about the grandkids.” In her free time, fishing and gardening help keep her balanced.
Colleen graduated from Capella University in 2005 with a Bachelors degree in Business, specializing in Marketing & Sales. She has spent the last 20 years in the Food/Beverage industry. Colleen recently moved from MN to FL to be near her son and sell her adorable little ruffled dresses at the local flea market! She is passionate about pet rescue and helping others. She loves music, sports, playing poker and being near the water.
Amanda Solano is originally from Raritan, New Jersey. She moved to Florida in 2013, and loves being in the Sunshine State! She comes from a customer service and freelance background, and has a degree in graphic design. When not working, Amanda can be found creating artwork with various media, taking care of her dog, or attending concerts. Other favorite hobbies include writing, learning about technology, teaching others about art, and gaming.

Jeff returns to eMaint with nearly 30 years of customer facing experience ranging from project management to account management to sales. He was an early contributor to eMaint’s flagship product and has always been credited with a great understanding of the products and services he is responsible for..
Jeff is a strong believer in the philosophies behind “Good to Great” and “Raving Fans”, bringing a great passion for customer success. “Service on 11” is not just an eMaint saying but a way of life for Jeff. Jeff and his wife Rebecca have three daughters – Victoria, Julia and Emily. In his free time Jeff enjoys golf, poker and he is a Fantasy Football fanatic.
TRAINING & CONSULTING
Roy enjoys spending quality time with his wife Sheila and their two girls Emily and Amy. He is a fan of the Kilkenny hurling team and enjoys golf and DIY projects. Roy is secretary for an annual vintage and classic vehicle show that makes significant contributions to charity and good causes.
She has enthusiasm for learning new technologies, and building her skill set. Her hobbies are games and web development, and she has a passion for drawing and 3D modeling. She also likes sci-fi movies, books, all kinds of puzzles and ice cream.
As a native Floridian (currently listed on the endangered species list), he relocated from Ft. Lauderdale to Naples fourteen years ago with his wife and two daughters where they continue to enjoy the many spoils of sunny Southwest Florida. When he’s not working, Dave enjoys training indoor and beach volleyball players, saltwater fishing, and traveling around the country chasing his daughter from tournament to tournament.
Prior to (“PCM”), he worked for 5+ years for Brown Brothers Harriman (“BBH”) in a client
service capacity for institutional fund managers and high net worth individuals. Nicholas
past client’s appreciated his high level of professionalism, work ethic, and strong desire
to do what is best for his clients. Nicholas graduated with a Bachelors of Science
Finance Degree from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and has a strong passion
to serve his local community.
Most weekends Ruairi can be found on the 19th Hole of the Golf Course, blaming his poor performance on his new golf clubs.
Tom joins eMaint as an experienced software developer, technical evangelist, and sales engineer. Tom loves communicating and demonstrating technical content to many types of audiences. In addition to technology, Tom loves stock trading and investing, dancing, cooking and all aspects of home construction.
Brian has studied martial arts for many years, most recently – Hapkido. He enjoys spending time with his family – his wife and two boys, and two dogs.
