LEADERSHIP

Since his first TRS-80 in the early 80’s, Brian has been a software developer, in practice and at heart. A leading proponent of the “SaaS” movement for B2B software, Brian brings his broad experience to all aspects of leadership and vision at eMaint. A lifelong resident of the Philly/South Jersey area, he holds BA in economics, and splits his time between NJ and Fla. An avid fan of sports, music, and movies, Brian can often be found rooting on the Phillies, Eagles and Flyers, attending concerts, or dropping random quotes from his favorite movies to illustrate a point. Brian is married to his wonderful wife, Heather and has two incredible children, Becca and Kyle, his greatest achievements.

Hannelore is a founding partner and member of the senior leadership team with responsibility for national account management, sales and professional services. Outside of work, she devotes her time and energy to her family, including volunteering and raising funds for her daughter’s school. A foodie at heart, she is passionate about healthy living and organic, locally grown, healthy food, much to the amusement and good-natured ribbing of the rest of the eMaint team.

David Mills is eMaints’ Vice President and General Manager, with over 20 years of experience in leading companies and corporate divisions to heightened success. David has an extensive background in Business Strategy, Sales and Product Commercialization. He holds multiple patents and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware. David is married and has three daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys motorcycling and home remodeling.

Alex Allen has held a variety of positions during his 9+ years with eMaint. As VP of Product Development, he spends the majority of his time interfacing with the development team, project managers, the customer success team, customers like you, and potential partners. His primary goal is to make sure that the existing and next generation products meet all of our customers’ CMMS needs. When he’s not working, Alex’s favorite thing to do is spend time with his daughter (and best friend), Mya. He also enjoys working out, eating large amounts of tuna, and listening to gangsta rap.

With over a decade of experience working in the Philadelphia business and technology communities, Jennifer has partnered with and provided services to some of the most notable healthcare, legal, educational and professional services organizations in the region. As Chief Customer Officer at eMaint, she is responsible for the development and growth of all customer success activities and outcomes. Originally from “the South”, she holds in BA Political Science from Randolph-Macon College.

Now a proud resident of South Jersey, she appreciates all the area has to offer, including easy access to Philadelphia and the Jersey shore. Jennifer enjoys live music and is an avid concert goer. She plays golf and likes hiking, as well as any time spent on or near the beach. Her favorite moments are those spent with her teenagers Rachel and Benjamin and her dogs, Jake and Josie – both rescues.

Matt Ferry serves as an Advisor to the eMaint executive team with more than 25 years of experience, Matt is a proven enterprise technology veteran with specific expertise in CMMS, Field Service, IoT, Mobile Computing and other Internet-related technologies. Matt graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelors degree in Science.

Mr. Ferry has built several world-class sales organizations over the course of his career and has been a key driver in setting the stage for liquidity. His primary focus is on building and developing high-energy, results-driven teams with a goal of helping to drive long-term and sustainable growth. Some of Matt’s hobbies include. Golfing, Skiing, Lacrosse and spending time with his Kids. Matt is a NY Giants and Mets fan. matt.ferry@emaint.com

Claire is responsible for leadership of eMaint’s EMEA business based out of the EMEA office in Dublin, Ireland. She is very customer focused and passionate about technology, dedicated to driving business growth for eMaint within the EMEA region. Claire has a strong record in account management, operations and client implementation with 10 years experience in sales and client relationship management. Claire holds an undergraduate degree in business from University College Dublin and a masters degree in marketing from Dublin City University. In her spare time Claire enjoys movies, cookery and spending time with her family.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Roy has a keen interest in the implementation of solutions that help maximize the return on the clients physical infrastructure investment. He brings over 20 years’ experience of asset care software projects across the facilities and manufacturing spectrum.

Roy enjoys spending quality time with his wife Sheila and their two girls Emily and Amy. He is a fan of the Kilkenny hurling team and enjoys golf and DIY projects. Roy is secretary for an annual vintage and classic vehicle show that makes significant contributions to charity and good causes.

Greg comes to eMaint with over 15 years experience providing leadership in CMMS Maintenance and Operational “Best Practices”. As a Certified Reliability Leader and seasoned CMMS practitioner, Greg is dedicated towards helping clients navigate their CMMS / Reliability journeys with a broad base of world class maintenance reliability, asset management, project management, and consultative experience. When Greg is not traveling, he enjoys spending spare time riding his Harley, indulging in southern cooking (not fried), fishing (not catching), and most of all sipping on tall glasses of iced tea. Greg enjoys spending quality time with his wife Jody and 6 wonderful children (Taylor, Alisha and JMichael); 3 of which are 4-legged (Sandy, Sophie and Myles).

In his role as Director of Customer Success, Bill assists customers with any and all questions they may have. He also makes configurations to the software, tests new product releases and helps the sales team with product related demos. Bill enjoys traveling (he’s been to over 20 countries), taking long walks on short beaches, and mixing foods that don’t usually go together, like Peanut Butter and Jelly, or Ham and Cheese. He also loves meeting new people and taking a series of 10 minute naps, all in a row. Bill is part of a huge family and coaches soccer. He can be seen at the park, reading snippets of century old poems, and at concerts and Philly sports games. He’s a big Phillies fan!

Amanda graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelors degree in Business Management and has over 10 years of customer service experience. She spent time in Vermont pursuing her college career, as well as in Colorado, where she worked at Winter Park Ski Resort. She grew up in Maryland,and is now living in South Jersey with her 3 year old son. Although she loved living in various places, now plans to keep the traveling limited for a while.

Alicia joins the eMaint team with over 5+ years of customer service experience. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a Liberal arts degree and studied abroad for a semester in Mysore, India. She absolutely loves to travel. Before joining eMaint she worked at Transamerica Retirement Solutions, educating and assisting participants on all aspects of their retirement planning. Alicia has also worked for a medicare contractor and helped English and Spanish speaking beneficiaries concerning their coverage and claims. One of her goals is to visit Thailand and learn a 3rd language like Mandarin, but would settle for Portuguese.

Perry Buckley joins the eMaint team as a Customer Success Manager. Perry brings with him over 20 years of experience in the technology field, working in IT, VOIP, sales, marketing, customer services, and engineering. In his free time, Perry enjoys working out and classic muscle cars.

Originally from the Jersey Shore, Rob Yeager attended Hofstra University in Long Island, NY where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree as a Business Major. Early in his career Rob had worked on the start up teams for Salesforce and municipalbonds.com. In his free time he enjoys water sports, the beach, traveling, and watching sports (Philadelphia Eagles). Rob takes much pride in making a positive impact on every person he encounters including family, friends, clients and co-workers. Rob is a firm believer in supporting all clients with the customer satisfaction that they deserve.

Michael joins the eMaint team with over 4 years experience in customer service and marketing. Michael graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Economics and an appreciation for fat sandwiches from the grease trucks. In his spare time he enjoys camping, swimming, watching movies, and spending time with friends. Coming to South Jersey from Colorado, Michael has been an avid Denver sports team fan. Go Broncos!

Krista comes to eMaint with over fifteen years of leadership experience ranging from client relations to operations. She invested 13 of those years in the education industry and two years in business consulting. Intellectually curious by nature, Krista possesses a passion for knowledge which she satisfies by being a voracious reader and a keen observer. She is a native Floridian and considers herself lucky to be able to spend time on the water boating and fishing. She also loves going to concerts, volunteering in her local community and spending time with her three beautiful children.
After living in Los Angeles, California for 6 years, Ray relocated back to the Philadelphia region, joining the eMaint team as a Customer Success Manager. Ray graduated from the University of Scranton in 2008 with a B.S. in Finance. He is the youngest in his family with 3 brothers and 3 sisters along with many nieces and nephews. He Loves his dog Max a “ch-weenie”, Chihuahua mixed with a Dachshund (wiener dog). In his spare time he enjoys food and trying new restaurants. Sushi and Mexican food are his personal favorite.

After graduating from Monmouth University in 2011, Bill joins the eMaint team as a Customer Success Manager with three years of experience in software account management and support. As former President of his Senior Class, a member of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity, and an orientation leader while in school, he has a genuine interest in working with others to build positive relationships. In his spare time, Bill enjoys spending time outdoors, trying new restaurants, and visiting friends and family. His future goal is to be able to travel as often as possible to learn about different places, people, and cultures.

Joe joins the Professional Services team with a Bachelors Degree in Entrepreneurship from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. Joe has experience in mortgages, sales, customer service, and account management. Joe enjoys sports, gambling, movies, and hanging out with his wife and daughter.

Mark graduated from the University of Nebraska and obtained his Masters Degree in Education from Montana State University while serving as a Missile Launch Officer in the United States Air Force. He has had several years of military experience and over 20 years in sales. He has a great deal of business experience and has owned his own business in the past. He moved to Cape Coral, Florida in 2010 and enjoys the weather, boating, and checking out the restaurants in the area. Mark is married to his wife Tish and has two sons, Doug and Dan. Mark serves eMaint as a Customer Service Manager and looks forward to working with people each day.

After spending many years providing technical customer support for a major consumer electronics manufacturer, Sue is excited to be part of the eMaint team. She strives to ensure that customers receive service above and beyond their expectations. Sue enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking and cheering on the Tampa Bay Rays.

Stephanie was born in Montana, but grew up in Florida. She lived in Mexico City with her husband Oscar for many years, and graduated from Alliant International University with a B.S. in International Business Administration, and a minor in International Relations. Stephanie is bilingual. She has two children Oscar and Bryan, and a Golden Retriever named Campeona. In her spare time she loves to collect books, practice Olympic Taekwondo, work out, and travel as much as possible.

A Rowan University graduate with a degree in Communications, Michelle has 14 years of customer service experience. She spent four of those years in the SaaS industry and the other 10 in retail. She loves going to concerts (music is one of her favorite things) and comedy shows. In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach and spending quality time with her boyfriend, her son, and their dog Penny Lane. Fun Fact: Michelle completed the Tough Mudder obstacle course four times. Michelle also enjoys movies and cooking. Her achievable dream is to one day travel the world.

Joe discovered eMaint after Graduating from Drexel University with majors in Entrepreneurship and Legal Studies. He was delighted to join a growing team of passionate, like-minded people with entrepreneurial spirit! Outside of work Joe participates with the Special Olympics where he serves as a swimming coach and mentor. In his spare time, Joe enjoys surfing, reading and outdoor activities. People have made speculations that Joe owns a pair of jean shorts, Joe has neither confirmed nor denied these allegations.

An Ireland native, who is fluent in German and English, Kirstin holds a BSc in Science from NUI Maynooth. With a diverse range of skills and passion for customer service, she is the perfect addition to eMaint’s support team. When Kirstin is not studying or working, she enjoys photography, technology and spending time with family and friends.

William recently received his degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida Gulf Coast University. He joins eMaint utilizing his skills in technology as he has been building and fixing computers for the past 10 years. Although he has lived in Florida his entire life, William is a huge Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Penguins fan. He also enjoys playing basketball, video games and bowling.

Roday joins the eMaint team as a Solution Architect. Born in Cuba, he moved to the US in 1996 and now works in the Florida office. Roday has over 4 years of experience working in technical and customer support. In his spare time, he enjoys visiting his family, and traveling to Cuba for vacation. Some of his hobbies include 3D printing, Arduino projects and Hardware Engineering. His favorite foods are sushi, fried rice, pizza, and of course the local Cuban cuisine.

Having survived being kidnapped from the side of the road by the eMaint’s executive team, Steve specializes in providing fanatical customer support, testing software, providing training and is our resident custom configuration guru. When not super-glued to his phone, Steve studies martial arts, spends time defending the virtue of Bruce Lee and building his own time traveling tardis.

Daniel graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering, and received a Masters in Information Systems from Florida Gulf Coast University. He puts his problem-solving abilities to use at eMaint to help clients better utilize the software and expand its capabilities where needed. When not at work, Daniel can be found reading about science and technology or playing card and board games with friends.

TRAINING

Weslley graduated as an Agricultural Engineer at Universidade Federal do Ceara in Brazil. Along with English, he also speaks Spanish and Portuguese. Weslley brought his friendly personality and language skills to eMaint to provide great service to our customers. In his spare time he likes to write music, play guitar, raise his bees an shoot weird videos to post on YouTube.

Neil comes to eMaint with 20+ years of experience in the area of corporate Organizational Development & Training. He is an active member of the Association of Talent Development (ATD formerly ASTD) and the eLearning Guild community, and a trained Six Sigma Transactional Greenbelt specializing in BPO organizations. His most recent experience was focused on Instructional Design and Delivery managing the creation and implementation of e-Learning training curriculum at a SaaS company located in Ft. Myers, Florida. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Deborah, and frequently travels to Costa Rica, where they own a small cabin on the Pacific coast in a rainforest. He also has two sons, who live in Florida and three grandchildren.
Nirav graduated from the University of Maryland and joins the eMaint team with over 12 years of software Implementation experience. He assists customers with any questions they may have, configures software, and trains new clients down the road to success. When not responding to clients he likes to read science fiction and listen to the musical power trio RUSH. He enjoys watching the Flyers play, and hanging out with friends. Nirav loves exotic birds and is currently raising a 1 year old albino cockatiel (A toddler with wings).

Chad is a member of the Implementation team and works out of the Florida office. Chad comes to eMaint after owning his own IT Consulting business. He has a degree in Technical Systems Management from DeVry University and a Black Belt in Martial Arts! Chad enjoys his free time with family and takes pride in being an true family-man. Music has also been a great passion of his in life.

SUPPORT

Kyle graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. He also played lacrosse for Florida Gulf Coast University, but as a native to Maryland, Kyle remains a loyal fan of the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens. During his free time, Kyle enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, playing video games and going out with friends.

Michelle joins the Customer Support team with a background in Software support, working for companies such as CDW and Miro Consulting. In her spare time she enjoys stand up paddle boarding and listening to live music with an ice cold beverage. Michelle has a 9 year old daughter who she “loves more than her shoes”. She also has two rescue animals, her dog Hadley and her cat Maddy.
Kostas joined the eMaint team as a Customer Support Specialist with over 3 years experience in customer service. A Greek native, he has been living and working in Ireland for the past 4 years. Apart from providing excellent customer support, he is also passionate about learning new languages. He speaks Greek, English and Spanish fluently and he is currently pursuing his goal to master the Japanese language. His other passions include photography, cinema and ethnic cuisine. Occasionally, you might find him playing badminton in Dublin’s courts.

Holding a B.A. in Communication Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University, Kerry’s passion for emerging technology found him part-time at a Silicon Valley telecommunication start-up before graduating. After relocating briefly to the San Francisco bay area, he returned home to Florida where he worked in IT and Marketing. Born in southern Ohio, Kerry is an raving fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Bengals. He enjoys PC gaming, concerts, sports car racing, going to Disney World and spending time with with his fiancee Anna, and their two Pembroke Welsh Corgis.

Bruce is a member of the Customer Support team. He has over 15 years of IT experience working for major corporations like Target and Pepsi-Co while supporting many applications along the way. Bruce recently moved to sunny Florida from Texas and is originally from Indiana. He is married and has three kids. In his spare time he enjoys going to concerts and hanging out at the beach.
John, a.k.a. Mike, joins eMaint as a member of Customer Support. He is a former US Air Force F-16 Crew Chief and worked in the commercial airlines in aircraft maintenance. He was stationed in Misawa AFB Japan for two years, and lived in Munich, Germany for five years. He has acquired an Airframe and Powerplant license, Associates in Information Technology and a Bachelors in Business Administration. He enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, camping, disc golf, and yes, yard work.
Chris brings to eMaint over 20 years experience providing top notch customer service, an A. S. Degree in Computer Networking Technologies from Southwest Florida College, and more than 5 years recent experience with a leading online business to business marketing company. In his spare time, he likes spending time with his girlfriend and dogs trudging through the wetlands of south Florida, traveling to and hiking in the Smokey Mountains, and visiting his native New England states. A resident of South Florida for over 25 years, he looks forward to sharing a little sunshine with you… OUR most important asset.
Mauricio Arango joins the eMaint Support team after two years living in China teaching English. Mauricio graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Communication Studies. In his spare time, he loves reading comic books, playing soccer and video games, and watching Star Wars. As a self-proclaimed cookie addict, Mauricio relates to the struggles of the Cookie Monster on Sesame Street.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Senior developer and founding partner who has been with eMaint for over 20 years. David has been developing our CMMS software since the original DOS platform to the current SaaS module used today. Pioneered the concept of telecommuting with dial-up internet from his home office in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a three time champion of the eMaint fantasy football league. David enjoys playing tennis, biking, attending Florida spring training games and frequent trips to St. Simons Island. He is married to his lovely wife, Sara Catherine and has two mostly grown children, Kaitlyn and Bailey.

Cristian has joined the eMaint team as a Software Engineer with over 15 years of industry experience. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he now lives in Dublin with his newlywed wife, Cintia. In Cristian’s spare time he enjoys traveling, music, reading and occasionally visiting the pub with a few good friends. He is a big sports fan and participates in many activities including: rock climbing, running, tennis, yoga and soccer. His favorite team is the Boca Juniors (an Argentinian soccer team).

Francisco Rodas is a enthusiastic software developer from Spain. He’s been working as a developer for almost seven years. Software development is not only his job; it’s also his hobby. He is usually reading and watching videos about new technologies and new software development techniques. In his spare time Francisco also likes reading, going to the cinema and playing video games. Francisco recently moved to Dublin with his girlfriend and his cats.

Originally from Jaraguá do Sul, Brazil, Cleison is a code lover, car enthusiast and technology fan. He has a degree in System Analysis and Development from the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina. Cleison’s expertise is in Industrial Automation, so working at eMaint is a big move for him: an interesting project, an experienced team, cool technologies and methodologies. eMaint is a place where he’s always wanted to be. He is excited to join the team and is grateful for the opportunity!
Dimitar joins eMaint as a Software Developer with more than ten years of professional experience. He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science. Fully dedicated and passionate about his job as a programmer, Dimitar feels like he’s “never worked a day in his life.” He strives to challenge himself everyday and is continuously working on his craft. He is excited to be a part of the eMaint Product Development team. Dimitar loves his 2-year-old daughter, cooking, playing tennis, and reading articles about technology and science.

Patricio Zavolinsky studied Computer Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires. As a member of the eMaint Product Development team in Dublin, Patrico is keenly interested in various topics of research and development, including distributed systems and networking, protocol analysis and design, concurrent programming, fault-tolerance, intelligent systems, machine learning and AI, and natural language processing. He enjoys solving puzzles and challenging problems from technical and business perspectives.
After an internship in the eMaint’s Dublin office, Agnieszka joins the team as a Software Developer.
She has enthusiasm for learning new technologies, and building her skill set. Her hobbies are games and web development, and she has a passion for drawing and 3D modeling. She also likes sci-fi movies, books, all kinds of puzzles and ice cream.
Dmitrij joins eMaint as Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of production, support and operations experience. Dmitrij holds an Undergraduate degree in Linguistics from Palacky University Olomouc, and an Engineer’s degree in Computer Ccience from Technical University Ostrava. He has a certificate in Project Management from the UK.

He also thinks that life is a project where we have control over most of it, except Starting Up and Closing stages. He is passionate about technology and everything around it. When he is not working or sleeping, he enjoys studying foreign languages, golfing, reading and kung-fu.

SALES

Sergio graduated as a mechanical engineer at Escola de Engenharia Maua, Brazil. He then worked with a multinational corporations company in sales, marketing and engineering for over 25 years. Sergio has experience working in all countries in the Americas and the Caribbean with fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English. In his free time you can find Sergio jogging, at the movies or riding his motorcycle. He loves good food and traveling and being with his family too!

Shannon joins eMaint with many years of experience in elementary education. Shannon has held a variety of sales positions during her time at eMaint. Now serving as Director of Inside Sales, Shannon enjoys working with the Sales Account Executives to deliver “Service on 11” during the sales process! When not at work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons. She also enjoys cheering on the Phillies and Flyers!

As a graduate of Rutgers University, Tara comes to eMaint with over five years of experience in sales and marketing. Tara is a South Jersey native who is a loyal fan to the Phillies and Eagles. In her free time, Tara enjoys going to the beach, spending time with friends and family and volunteering at the local animal shelter.

Kat originally grew up in California and just relocated from North Jersey. She joins eMaint with several years of diverse sales experience. She graduated with a degree in Graphic Design and uses her creativity when working with clients to make them happy campers. Speaking of camping, she enjoys doing so with her family when the weather is warm. She’s a sucker for Karaoke at dive bars and her guilty pleasure is watching reruns of Grey’s Anatomy on Netflix.
Páraic O’ Lochlainn’s background is in Sales and Marketing. At the age of 21, he co-found Ireland’s largest outsourced sales agency. Recently he has been working in tech and non profit agencies. Páraic has a passion for music, both playing and listening. One of his passions is to buy a series of lighthouses and turn them into the most amazing recording studios around.
A member of eMaint’s Sales Team, Anthony Henry joins as an Account Executive after 5+ years in the clinical trial/healthcare market. Throughout his professional career, Anthony has held different roles ranging from project/product management through business analysis. Anthony graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with minors in both Accounting and Finance.

Some of Anthony’s hobbies include: Soccer, Golf, Skiing, and spending time with his wonderful girlfriend and their german shepard. Anthony is a diehard Philadelphia sports fan & avid Manchester United supporter.

Janine joins eMaint as a Sales Account Executive. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service and sales and is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing at Thomas Edison State College. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to Southport, NC with her husband, Mike, and dog, Henry, and going on any wine tour in the Tri-State area!

Dustin joins the team with 8 years experience with software sales, and is very excited to put those skills to work at eMaint. He is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and keeps up with all four teams: Phillies, Eagles, Flyers and Sixers. In Dustin’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Brian joins the eMaint Sales Team as an Account Executive with over 7 years of experience brokering and profiling demographic data. With a degree in Marketing from Florida State University, Brian enjoys helping his clients increase revenue while decreasing headaches. He is also certified in Nutrition Planning and loves coaching fitness. Brian is an avid football and baseball fan, and will watch any sport as he appreciates great competition. In their spare time, you can find Brian and his wife, Hazel, at the gym, taking weekend getaways, and enjoying cheat meals.
Since the beginning of his time on earth, Ken was destined to work with High Technology. He began this journey providing equipment and services into carriers across the country. In this capacity he forged many friendships through the closing of many deals. Once Ken slayed the dragon called carrier sales, he found himself upon the ISP side of the business. During this time he was able to provide connectivity to state and local government as well as to small and even enterprise level businesses. The transnational side of this business made him weary and was determined to put his intelligence into better use. Which brings us to the beginning of his next chapter. The world of CMMS and EAM. In this next role he will be able to help conquer slow and ineffective processes used today for asset management and control.
Matthew joins eMaint as a Enterprise Account Executive. He has multiple years of marketing and sales experience and graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2011 with a major in Communication Science. Some of his favorite hobbies include writing music, surfing, snowboarding and surf fishing. Matthew is also huge boxing fan and has been practicing the sport for over 10 years. He also loves his puppy Riley – aka “Rye Bread.” Matt follows all the local Philly sports teams.

Ivan joins the eMaint team as an SDR Manager with over 20 years of experience in Organizational Planning, Business Development, Sales Support and Training. As a New Jersey native he enjoys working on small household projects and spending quality time with his wife and daughters. Fall is Ivan’s favorite season, because that’s when College Football begins, “Go Buckeyes!”. Some of his hobbies include reading, bike riding, music festivals, dancing, and going to the Smithsonian in Washington DC. In his spare time Ivan also enjoys volunteer work, and intellectual and philosophical discussions. As a hard worker Ivan expects the best out of everyone he associates himself with. He strives to enjoy life and be the best.

Eileen Sweeney joins the eMaint team with over 10 years sales and marketing experience in the software industry. She is passionate about making connections by planning and executing marketing campaigns. Beyond her business goals, Eileen seeks self-improvement through meditation and mindfulness practices. In her free time, Eileen also enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time outdoors.

Austin comes with previous experience working in the sales department for Verizon Fios and joins eMaint as a Sales Development Representative. He graduated from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a minor in International Studies. In his spare time Austin enjoys rock climbing, camping, playing video games, and watching movies, all in no particular order.

Doreen joined eMaint with 15+ years Business Development and Sales experience working in the financial, advertising and automobile industries. She also spent 5 years working in the medical field, most of which was with hospice patients. She enjoys spending time with her son, traveling, outdoor activities and cooking. In her spare time, Doreen volunteers at a local food bank and is in the midst of crossing things off of her bucket list. Additionally, one of her goals every year is to learn to do something new.
Patrick Carroll is a recent college graduate of Catholic University and currently resides in Marlton, New Jersey. He studied politics and has a year of experience working for Congressman Jon Runyan. He is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. He spends his free time hanging out with friends, going to the movies with his girlfriend and playing video games.

Emer Farell joins eMaint as a Sales Development Representative, dealing with people worldwide. She graduated in 2013 with a degree in Business Management and started in retail at the age of 16 before working in telemarketing for 2 years. Emer has been in many St. Patricks day parades and enjoys metal and 90’s dance music. In her spare time she loves watching movies and walking in the park. Her favorite flick is Finding Nemo, so much so that she can quote each line.

Matthew comes from a strong sales background and recently came from North America’s top 20 largest IT solutions provider. He graduated from Seton Hall University serving as the president of the premier entrepreneurship fraternity Epsilon Nu Tau. His sales experience ranges through a wide variety of industries including but not limited to Health Care, Manufacturing, Retail, Ground Management/Landscaping, and of course Technology.

In his free time, he is a board game strategist and enjoys competing in games such as Risk and Chess. Additionally, he is working his way up to be the next best salsa dancer in the region. He loves to build and fix computers as a hobby and if you’re nice enough to him, he’ll probably help you out too. Lastly, if he happens to not be doing any of the things mentioned above, he’s taking your money in poker.

Carla brings vitality, lateral thinking and credibility to her clients at eMaint. With over 10 years of experience in business and operations management, she has formalized her skills in developing businesses, team building and marketing. In her free time, she volunteers as a crisis counselor for a local non-profit organization. Carla also loves to spend quality time with her amazing daughters and wonderful husband.

Jeff returns to eMaint with nearly 30 years of customer facing experience ranging from project management to account management to sales. He was an early contributor to eMaint’s flagship product and has always been credited with a great understanding of the products and services he is responsible for..

Jeff is a strong believer in the philosophies behind “Good to Great” and “Raving Fans”, bringing a great passion for customer success. “Service on 11” is not just an eMaint saying but a way of life for Jeff. Jeff and his wife Rebecca have three daughters – Victoria, Julia and Emily. In his free time Jeff enjoys golf, poker and he is a Fantasy Football fanatic.

Tom joins eMaint as an experienced software developer, technical evangelist, and sales engineer. Tom loves communicating and demonstrating technical content to many types of audiences. In addition to technology, Tom loves stock trading and investing, dancing, cooking and all aspects of home construction.

MARKETING

Rona works on all things marketing from web site content and email campaigns to webinars, search engine optimization, and customer success stories. She wholly admits to being both a numbers geek as well as a teller of stories. Rona also enjoys listening to customers talk about their creative uses for the eMaint system, and then sharing their stories. Her weekend hobbies include biking, baseball, singing and experimental cooking. Her family members are the unsuspecting recipients of her cooking experiments which range from the delectable to the inedible.

Richard Miller is the Director of Marketing and Communications for eMaint. He joined eMaint from his consulting practice focused on marketing and communications with global technology-based economic development organizations. Richard currently serves as a Senior Advisor to Econsult Solutions and on the Advisory Board for the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia. Richard is a former professional musician, licensed pilot, cyclist (motor and pedal) and gourmet chef.

As Salesforce Administrator at eMaint, Cheryl Turner has 7 years of experience on the Salesforce Platform and 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a B.A. in Information Technology and has 10 years of Healthcare industry experience. Born and Raised in Philadelphia, Cheryl enjoys hosting events, cooking and continuously learning new skills. Cheryl enjoys learning new tips and tricks for improving efficiency in Salesforce, and firmly believes: “choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”

Jennifer Eisenhofer joins eMaint as the Marketing Events Manager with over eight years of experience in planning and executing corporate events. Her passion for event planning began while working as a wedding planner while earning two bachelor’s degrees at the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Outside of work, she enjoys RVing with her husband and two beagles and is a dedicated Pitt and Philadelphia sports fan.
Sharon graduated from Kutztown University with a degree in Communication Design. With over 9 years of design and advertising experience, she joins eMaint as a Senior Graphic Designer. Since Sharon does have an identical twin sister, we are on the lookout for any distinguishing qualities or characteristics to prevent us from getting fooled one day! In her spare time, Sharon enjoys hanging out with her family and two dogs.
After graduating from Rider University in 2013 with a B.A. in English, Dana joined the eMaint team as the Online Marketing Manager. She assists in all forms of online marketing, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content writing, marketing automation, social media marketing, and case study development. In her free time, Dana enjoys hiking, running, biking, and spending time with family, friends, and her pitbull-mix, Taz.

Adan graduated from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a Bachelors degree in Visual Communications. Adan helps with SEO, web, video and graphic design. Born in the back seat of a 1987 Nissan Sentra, he’s always been interested in random activities ranging from Judo to Unicycling. Adan is also a big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Sixers.

Anna graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University in 2015. Her degree is in Journalism and Media Studies, with minors in Gender Studies and Communication, Information and Media. As the Marketing Content Writer, she assists in writing, editing and publishing online content. When she’s not busy entertaining her four dogs, she loves watching TV, eating sushi and discovering new music.

After graduating from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington with a major in Marketing and a minor in Event Planning, Emily moved back up north and joined the eMaint team as a Marketing Events Intern. She is willing to take on any project the Marketing (and Finance) team will give her. In her spare time, Emily enjoys traveling, hanging out with her rescue dog, Max, finding fun new ways to stay active, and volunteering with children and animals.

FINANCE & ADMIN

Kerry has experience in all aspects of accounting and has worked as a private and public Accounting Controller and Manager for several years. Previously Kerry took time off from the workforce to raise her 3 boys and then put herself back through school earning her BS in Accounting at Rutgers. In her free time Kerry loves to watch her kids play baseball and enjoys camping, the beach and hanging out by her pool…oh, and of course happy hour too!

Thrilled to be part of the eMaint family, Elsa joins the Finance department with more than 5 years of experience working in the manufacturing and sports industries throughout South Jersey. Originally from Lima, Peru, she moved to the United States several years ago and has since lived in South Jersey and Washington Heights. Elsa loves anything that brings a smile to her face, including traveling, dinners with friends, good food, good wine, dancing, music, and Zumba class.
Donnielle joined eMaint with a variety of skill sets including telecommunications, finance, customer service, and even professional gift wrapping. She wears many hats at eMaint as part of the Finance team: Office Manager, Accounts Receivable, and HR Admin. Donnielle was born in Trinidad & Tobago and is known to wear flip flops year-round. In her free time Donnielle enjoys music, traveling and learning about different cultures, the beach, and of course, buying new shoes and matching purses.

Lauren joins the Dublin team as an Office Administrator / Coordinator fresh off a plane from Toronto (Go Raptors!) where she spent the last year, mainly for the sheer adventure. Previous to this she worked in a similar role at an Engineering Consultancy firm and had a brief stint in recruitment. She graduated from Dublin City University in 2009 with a BA in Media Production Management. In her spare time she enjoys catching up on what she deems “Television’s Latest Golden Age” and hanging out with family and friends.

Before joining the eMaint team Dave was self-employed doing small maintenance and home repairs. He also volunteered (and still does) for DragonCon.org. Now Dave keeps the eMaint office together, assisting wherever he can. In his free time Dave likes to hang out, listen to music, hike and play D&D.

Jay comes to eMaint from the Automotive and Industrial Equipment industries. As an ASE Certified Auto Mechanic, welder, and Industrial equipment specialist, Jay offers real-world knowledge and applications of eMaint’s CMMS Software. His property management skills also keep eMaint’s brick-and-mortar and staff in efficient, functional, and organized working order. After the guitars are hung, the paint has dried, the shelves are stocked, and the welcome gift boxes are complete, he is learning all aspects of our SaaS company. Jay spends his spare time hanging out with friends and family, playing chess, mountain-biking, fishing, and is an avid NASCAR Fan.
