Cloud-Based Maintenance Management Services Provider Expects Continued Growth.
July 22, 2013 (Marlton, N.J.) – eMaint Enterprises, a world leader in cloud-based maintenance management services, opened a new office space in Marlton, N.J., while also expanding its existing space.
The new location, just across the street from eMaint headquarters, houses the Sales and Marketing teams, freeing up more space in the main building for the expanding Professional Services team.

The opening of the new Marlton office comes on the heels of eMaint recently completing major renovations on its headquarters, also in Marlton, to house its expanded Technology team. Also, a recent expansion into South Florida with the addition of several members to the Customer Support and Professional Services teams.
The company employs over 40 professionals and is actively recruiting to grow the team. In addition to its Marlton offices, the company has a location in Estero, Fla., and will soon announce the opening of a new office in Europe to support EMEA.
eMaint recently earned a 2013 South Jersey Entrepreneur Award from the Philadelphia Business Journal for its rapid growth. The company saw revenue growth of 42 percent in 2012 over the previous year and 138 percent revenue growth in 2012 over a three-year span. The staff has more than tripled since the beginning of 2010.
