Pre-Implementation Assessments

An Implementation Specialist will work with you on-site or remotely to find the best implementation services and strategies for your needs and budget.

Remote Pre-Implementation Assessment - An eMaint Implementation Specialist will work with you remotely to help you create a working document detailing the current state of your maintenance operation and your future state using eMaint X3. From that document, your Implementation Specialist will develop a custom action plan, which will be presented to you at the conclusion of your Pre-Implementation Assessment. Requires hands-on client participation.

On-Site Pre-Implementation Assessment - An Implementation Specialist will spend two days at your facility diagnosing the current state of your maintenance operation. Following that, the Implementation Specialist will spend two days off-site developing a detailed implementation report. The findings from the off-site and your custom action plan will be shared with you via a GoTo Meeting. Requires hands-on client participation.

Mike Barok, CMRP has 14 years experience as maintenance technician, maintenance planner/scheduler, project manager, and CMMS system administrator focused on PM system creation and implementation both in and outside of food manufacturing.

CMRP Consulting Services

The Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals offers Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) recognition to individuals who demonstrate their ability as maintenance and reliability managers and successfully pass an examination that rates the individual's strengths in five areas: business and management, manufacturing process reliability, equipment reliability, people skills and work management.

As a senior consultant and project manager, an eMaint CMRP Consultant provides a broad range of services that assist clients with their maintenance, reliability, and CMMS implementation goals, including but not limited to:

• On-site Maintenance Assessments to identify the current state of the organization with respect to CMMS implementation:

Project Management Services

We believe that successful CMMS implementations are well planned and orchestrated. We will work with you to understand and organize your CMMS goals and will then develop and implement a plan consistent with your CMMS objectives.

As with all successful implementations, the process begins with a pre-implementation assessment and planning session, during which key member(s) of eMaint's client services group assigned to this project will engage with your internal project team. Through this planning process, we will identify the project goals and objectives, working toward developing a preliminary project timeline that supports these objectives.

End of Year Evaluations

At the end of your year with eMaint, an X3 Implementation Specialist will evaluate your organization's implementation and usage of the system and create a roadmap for the next 12 months so you can continue your CMMS success.

Each evaluation includes completion of a Post-Implementation Worksheet, a review call with an implementation specialist, preparation of recommendations and delivery of an Action Plan for Year 2. On-site evaluations also include a two day on-site visit with key stakeholders at your location.

Your Year-Two Roadmap may include recommendations for expanded use of the system, changes to your current configuration and ongoing training.

Data Conversion

Data conversion is the process of transferring data into a format that is acceptable by eMaint. Data conversions can save valuable time and resources, potentially saving thousands of dollars and months of data entry. eMaint Enterprises has extensive experience in converting data from a variety of CMMS systems (including MaintainIT, MP2, Maximo, Faciliworks) as well as other sources, such as Excel Spreadsheets.

The "Data Migration Worksheet" provides you with all of questions you should ask yourself when considering converting data. It is designed to help you decide if you should pursue data conversion; and will provide eMaint with the information we need to prepare a quotation for your data conversion.

System Integration

Maintain system accuracy and reduce requirements for duplicate entry of data by integrating or interfacing eMaint with external third-party applications. eMaint has over 25 years experience in developing interfaces to a wide range of third-party applications, including SAP and Oracle, among others. Interface development projects may encompass the development of functional and technical specification, project management to ensure the project is executed according to plan, testing, production rollout and training.
