| Our Rapid Start service provides you with a dedicated account advisor who will manage your implementation and training activities to help you meet your implementation goals. After attending the appropriate training courses through eMaint University, our on-demand e-learning portal, you'll spend time in a virtual meeting with a member of your account team configuring the corresponding system module to match your specific business requirements. | Take advantage of the eMaint team's product knowledge and implementation experience. | Pre-Implementation Assessments | ||
| An Implementation Specialist will work with you on-site or remotely to find the best implementation services and strategies for your needs and budget. An eMaint Implementation Specialist will work with you to help you create a working document detailing the current state of your maintenance operation and your future state using eMaint X3. From that document, your Implementation Specialist will develop a custom action plan, which will be presented to you at the conclusion of your Pre-Implementation Assessment. On-site Assessment includes two days at your facility. | ||

| On-Site Implementation and Training Services | ||
| eMaint's product specialists are well-versed in delivering on-site services to clients in manufacturing, facilities and property management, service delivery and fleet operations including CMMS implementations, data collection, system configuration, and training. Agenda will be developed with client input based on client goals. We offer standard 3-day, 5-day, and 10-day service packages and can also tailor the services to meet your needs. On-site services are priced per day plus travel related expenses, which are additional. | $1500 per day plus expenses |

| End of Year Evaluation | ||
| At the end of your year with eMaint, an X3 Implementation Specialist will evaluate your organization's implementation and usage of the system and create a roadmap for the next 12 months so you can continue your CMMS success. Your Year-Two Roadmap may include recommendations for expanded use of the system, changes to your current configuration and ongoing training. On-Site evaluations include a two days of on-site meetings with key stakeholders at your facility. | ||

| CMRP Consulting Services | ||
| eMaint's Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) consultants provide a broad range of services that assist clients with their maintenance, reliability, and CMMS implementation goals, including but not limited to pre-implementation assessments, system audits, SOP development, PM optimization and storeroom setup. CMRP consulting services are priced per day plus travel related expenses, which are additional. | $1500 per day plus expenses |

| Project Management Services | ||
| The process begins with a pre-implementation assessment and planning session, during which key member(s) of eMaint's client services group assigned to this project will engage with your internal project team. Through this planning process, we will identify the project goals and objectives, working toward developing a preliminary project timeline that supports these objectives. | $200 per hour |

| Data Conversion Services | ||
| Comprehensive data conversion services including data extraction consultation, data evaluation and analysis, mapping consultation and support, and assistance with the installation of both test run and final run sets of data. A fixed price quote is provided upon review of data files. | $200 per hour |
