Did you know that more than 50% of CMMS implementations fail within the first year? Chances are better than even that you are reading this page as a direct result of one of those failed implementations. Statistically speaking, while every CMMS purchasing decision starts out with the best of intentions, 1 out of 2 will simply result in lost time, effort, and money. We developed the Road to Success program to help you beat the odds and avoid falling on the wrong side of that statistic.

So, why do so many CMMS purchases result in dusty boxes of software on the shelf?
First of all, the entire concept of the "box of software" presents many hurdles: hardware, software, middleware, database or business intelligence tools - all needing to be bought, installed, maintained, and upgraded. Where is the focus on the end-user actually "using" the software? And what about the buying process itself? Demos, slick brochures, webinars, dog-and-pony shows, and sometimes even a free lunch - but can you actually use the product in a real-world environment and, more importantly, can you achieve the desired results?

eMaint's "Road to Success" program is much more than a demo or 30-day trial. The Road to Success is a fresh approach to evaluating CMMS maintenance software that combines hands-on use of the system with guidance and instruction from a dedicated account representative who will guide you through the entire process. At the completion of the Road to Success program, you'll have determined whether eMaint is the right CMMS solution for your needs and you'll also have a process in place to achieve success with your CMMS implementation. In other words, you'll have actual results!

Here's how it works: As a qualified Road to Success candidate*, you'll be teamed with an eMaint product expert who will start you on the path to setup, configure and populate your own eMaint account. Through a series of four weekly sessions, your eMaint product expert will provide you with guidance and instruction in mastering the core components of the system so that you can use it and reap immediate results from it. Each weekly session builds upon skills learned in the previous session so that you gain knowledge, confidence and experience in using the system. In-between sessions, you'll be hands-on with the system, entering data and stepping through the lessons that you've covered.

* The Fine Print - The Road to Success is available to those organziations who have allocated time and budget towards finding the right CMMS and are able to make the commitment to actively participate in the program, just as we commit our time and resources to guide you through it. There is no charge or financial obligation to participate.
