New Team Member Brings Extensive Expertise in Predictive Maintenance.
March 28, 2012 (Marlton, NJ) – eMaint Enterprises, LLC, a world leader in on-demand maintenance management systems since 1986, announced today that it has hired Carl Schultz as a Business Development Executive. Mr. Schultz brings over 30 years of extensive business and predictive maintenance technology experience to the team.

Mr. Schultz is widely recognized as a global leader in the predictive maintenance community and speaks regularly on the topic. He is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), serves on the 2012 annual conference committee of the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP), and has been published in Maintenance Technology Magazine, Sensors, and many other industry publications.
Prior to joining eMaint Mr. Schultz was the Director of Business Development at SEMEQ, Inc. of Arlington, TX. In this position he provided integrated predictive maintenance services on an enterprise level to a client base that ranged from mid-size independent manufacturers to global organizations. In his 30-year career, he has also held positions at Management Resources Group, Westar Energy, IR Imaging Systems, MIKRON Instruments, FLIR Systems and Thermoscan, Inc.
