eMaint User Summit Offers Tools for Becoming Indispensable in Tight Economy

March 7, 2013 (Marlton, NJ) – Implementing an advanced CMMS is a significant step towards ensuring corporate productivity and the value of the maintenance team. But in this tight economy, maintenance engineers must “up the ante.” At its spring summit for X3 users, eMaint Enterprises will offer opportunities for networking and learning best practices designed to do just that.

The User Group Summit to be held at the Burlington County College Enterprise Center in Mt. Laurel, NJ, May 16- 17, will offer eMaint’s 16,000+ users at 1,200 companies around the world the opportunity an opportunity to pick the brains of experts such as Terry Harris, President of Reliable Process Solutions. The road from performance failure to proactive maintenance can be long and hard – but it doesn’t have to be. In his keynote address, Harris will share his 13 surefire steps to success.

In addition, participants will:

  • Discuss case studies with their peers, including Brian O’Connell, Maintenance Manager at Micro-Coax.
  • Hear how maintenance management fits into larger Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Participate in “ask the expert” clinics.
  • Observe demonstrations of the latest software and service innovations from eMaint staff.

“We first began hosting user summits in 2001, and this year will offer this intensive networking opportunity in both the spring and summer,” says Rona Palmer, eMaint Marketing Director. “We cater to our customers’ needs and desires, and 96 percent of participants in our previous summits said they found them to be valuable and would come again.”

A new feature at the spring user conference will be a “boot camp” on May 14 and 15, offering hands-on X3 training for new customers.

eMaint considers customer education and support part of its core business. In addition to the User Group Summits, the company hosts monthly best practice webinars and operates a Web-based e-learning portal, eMaint University, which provides on-demand training, anytime, anywhere. In 2012, eMaint received the BOSS award (Best of SaaS Software) from THINKstrategies, based upon the business results achieved by its customers.
