In 2011, Cintas Corporation sought a CMMS to support a corporate-wide reliability initiative. They performed a pilot project with eMaint, and rolled out the software to different locations. Using eMaint capabilities, the company gained the ability to improve completion and compliance of PMs, ensure continuity of an excellent reliability program, generate full-featured reports, and much more.

We recently checked in with James Wagoner, Regional Reliability Field Engineer at Cintas, to find out what successes the team has achieved since implementing eMaint. Wagoner reports:
“Four years later, we are even more successful with eMaint. It is our professional tool to prove we know how to effectively manage maintenance. Having eMaint insight into tracking assets, maintenance and procedures helps drive our goals, vision and our culture of reliability.”
The company has experienced significant results, such as a 50% increase in their Return On Net Assets (R.O.N.A), increased communication throughout the organization, and improved company-wide standardization and labor accountability for maintenance technicians.
As a result of the revitalization of Cintas' maintenance management processes, the company achieved OSHA's “VPP Star Award for Safety” at over 20 different locations.
