The Asset Reservation feature in eMaint allows users (standard and work requestors) to reserve assets for specific time windows. Once approved, other users won’t be able to reserve the same asset at conflicting times.
Asset reservation request history will be tracked at the asset level on a related “Reservations Requests” table. Requestors will receive an email notification when their request is approved or rejected.
