eMaint achieved substantial growth in revenue, staffing and office space in 2013 supporting its flagship product, eMaint X3, which is in use by over 18,000 users in 22 countries worldwide.
A combination of new sales growth and a customer renewal rate of greater than 90% resulted in eMaint achieving revenue growth of 48% in 2013 over the prior year, and 190% revenue growth over a three-year span. “To put it into perspective, our revenue during one month in 2013 was comparable to our revenue for the entire year of 2007,” said eMaint CEO and President Brian Samelson.
eMaint’s staff grew by 48% in 2013 with the addition of 23 new employees, many of whom are recent college graduates. “We are constantly looking for new employees who bring new ideas to the table and help us achieve our ultimate goal of customer success,” said Jon Hollander, eMaint Executive Vice President of Operations.
2013 also marked the year in which eMaint expanded its global presence by opening its EMEA office in Dublin, Ireland. The office, located in Dublin’s Digital Technology Hub and its operations will support existing clients in Europe, the Middle East and Asia and provide a highly personalized level of service (in native languages) as international business continues to expand.
eMaint’s Southwest Florida office was expanded to accommodate a growing multi-lingual Customer Support staff and the newly-launched Experience and Training Center.
