eMaint Educates the Education Industry Bringing them Success with a CMMS

eMaint is proud to share a customer success story from Lorinda Hill at Rockland Community College (RCC). Lorinda is the Assistant to the Director of Plant Facilities and has been an eMaint X3 CMMS user since 2005.

RCC is the only public higher education institution in Rockland County, NY. More than 8,000 students are enrolled from over 50 countries and over 200,000 people visit the campus each year for cultural, recreational and commercial events.

RCC was orininally using another CMMS provider that lacked flexibility and reliability. The result was a communications and administrative nightmare. With nine buildings and several assets to track, the organization knew it needed to find another CMMS solution.

After smoothly implementing eMaint RCC alleviated their headaches, improved the security of their key request process, properly tracked the use of college vehicles and used reports from X3 to justify their staffing.
