Over 200 people flocked to Bonita Springs, Florida to attend the CMMS Event of the Year, Xcelerate15. The eMaint User and Training Conference was held at the breath-taking Hyatt Coconut Point Resort and Spa, with each day action-packed with lessons on the new and improved functionality of eMaint X4, best practices, and networking.
The Pre-Conference New User Training kicked off on Tuesday morning, along with a golf outing at the Raptor Bay Golf Club, and a CRL Workshop and Exam by ReliabilityWeb.com. Tuesday ended with the Welcome Cocktail Reception, where customers and eMaint staff came together to enjoy an evening of drinks and hors d’oeuvres to celebrate the start of what would be an informative, intriguing conference.
Wednesday began with Welcome Remarks from eMaint’s CEO Brian Samelson, followed by an announcement of eMaint X4 from VP of Product Alex Allen, and a session on eMaint University and the Community by Senior eLearning Manager Tim Wilson. Next, the break-out sessions provided deep-dives into X4 training, best practices, and informed techniques to approach implementation of various features at all stages of eMaint CMMS usage. Attendees and staff came together at the end of the day for the Captain J.P. dinner cruise, where we sailed down the Caloosahatchee River, enjoying drinks, conversation and fun posing for photos at the eMaint photo booth.
Break-Out Sessions continued throughout the morning on Thursday, with classes such as Form Design & Field Lookups, MX Mobile, and Measuring Your Success. After lunch, all attendees came together for Terrance O’Hanlon’s Keynote “A Reliability Framework for Asset Performance Management,” as well as the Customer Success Panel, featuring a Q&A with some of eMaint’s most successful clients including Cintas Corporation, Boasso America Corporation, XTO Energy, SM Energy, ABC Supply Company, Schneider Electric and CB Fleet.
The Closing Panel for Xcelerate included the eMaint leadership team fielding questions on future innovations, providing anecdotes on success, and more. Participants and staff came together one final time for the Closing Cocktail Reception to network and soak in the warm weather and scenery of Bonita Springs.
On Friday, the Post-Conference had three tracks available on specific topics, where participants took intensive, in-depth looks at either Best Practices & Configuration of MX Mobile, Proactive Maintenance Techniques, or Ultrasound for Reliability Maintenance.
