Asset Criticality for Proactive Maintenance

Asset Criticality for Proactive Maintenance

Every facility, no matter how small, needs to understand what equipment components are critical and why. With Asset Criticality, organizations are able to rate assets to determine how critical each piece of equipment is to areas such as safety, product quality, customer issues, environmental issues, and production.

Identifying Asset Criticality Ranking is a critical starting point for any maintenance and reliability improvement process. During this month’s Best Practices Webinar, Stephen J. Mikolajcik, CMRP PE/RE Lead at Cargill will discuss the importance of Asset Criticality, and provide a demonstration of a Criticality database.

– Actionable methods to begin assigning criticality to assets
– Real world insights into the positive changes as a result of asset criticality ranking
– Tips to assign resources and time based on equipment criticality value
