Dashboards 2.0—the new dashboards—enable users to create dashboards with a wide variety of chart types to suit their specific needs. Options include:

  • Bar charts
  • Bubble maps
  • Data grids
  • Line graphs
  • Pie charts
  • Pie maps
  • Pivot tables

In addition, users can tailor the charts in various ways. All chart types can be given customized color schemes, and users can add conditional formatting to data grids. Users can also now drill down to analyze their maintenance data on a granular level to gain the insights they need to make better decisions—faster. It is possible to create both private dashboards and shareable ones—and administrators can control who can create, view, or delete dashboards based on user roles.

By using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to create tailored dashboards, your maintenance team can always have a real-time picture of the crucial details that matter most to your organization.

To make sure you are getting the most out of your dashboards, your dedicated eMaint Customer Success Manager can help you tailor them to best track, trend, and analyze your maintenance data.
