Software Provider’s New Florida-Based Training and Experience Center Provides Ideal Customer Learning Environment.
May 27, 2014 (Marlton, N.J.) – eMaint Enterprises, a leader in cloud-based computerized maintenance management software (CMMS), hosted its 2014 Spring User Group Summit on May 14-15 in their new Training and Experience Center (TEC) in Estero, Florida. The customer-focused event featured presentations from maintenance industry experts who highlighted the benefits of using a CMMS to track data and define performance metrics.
During the exclusive two-day conference, eMaint clients were able to meet with executive leadership and product experts, as well as connect with fellow eMaint X3 users from all over the country. In addition, attendees had the chance to explore the new eMaint Training and Experience Center, where they were able to get hands-on experience with various equipment and devices that can be utilized with X3 CMMS.
For the opening presentation, Keynote Speaker Gil Acosta talked about the “Metrics That Matter” when using a CMMS, and how to successfully apply them to justify future maintenance projects, while later in the day Associated Grocers, INC. facilities manager Joe Reinninger discussed the benefits of using eMaint X3 for warranty tracking and regulatory compliance within his organization.
