CMMS Software Provider Expands Customer Success Toolkit with New Customer Portal.

December 10, 2015 (Marlton, N.J.)- eMaint Enterprises, a global leader in Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS), announces the release of The eMaint Community, a highly anticipated all-in-one customer portal.

The eMaint Community enables eMaint clients to access more than 200 articles on eMaint CMMS and features industry best practices and answers to questions in real-time via live chat.  Additionally, eMaint clients can submit and track support cases, and enter and vote on ideas for new feature requests.

The Idea Port is just another way “Users Have The Power” when partnering with eMaint. Here, users can propose ideas or suggestions for new features within the software, and other Community users can vote on ideas, “promoting” or “demoting” requests.
The eMaint Community also enables the customer to create, view and track the status of eMaint support cases, post comments and updates, attach documentation, and maintain interaction up through case resolution.
The new Public Knowledge Base within The eMaint Community is accessible to everyone with an internet connection, and offers an extensive library of articles on the eMaint system and maintenance and reliability best practices. Articles can be filtered by language, topic category and article type. The platform is similar to the current eMaint Help Center, but with a live “Chat Now” feature, search option and other important updates.
