  • Released CMMS Product, Originally Named “ultiMAINT”

    In 1986, eMaint founder Brian Samelson first released the product that is now eMaint CMMS, then named “ultiMAINT.”


  • 1999
  • Released Web-based CMMS, eMaint Online

    eMaint’s web-based “Software as a Service” version of eMaint CMMS was released in 1999, facilitating customers’ implementation of anytime, anywhere access.


  • 2007
  • Launched eMaint University (eU)

    eMaint University, a customer training portal offering webinars and tutorials on best practices, was introduced in 2007. Today, eU is an interactive learning center that offers self-paced interactive training modules, bookmarking and tracking, and an easy-to-use, searchable course library.


  • Released eMaint X3 Version 10

    Released at eMaint’s User Conference in 2007, eMaint X3 Version 10 encompassed a fully-robust and full-featured online CMMS solution. To drive customer success, several eMaint CMMS updates and enhancements are released each year.


  • 2008
  • Released eMaint MX Mobile

    2008 marked the year that eMaint introduced MX Mobile, its mobile CMMS application on smartphone devices, reducing the need for paperwork and freeing technicians from their desktop computer.


  • 2010
  • Opened Office in Florida

    On April 9, 2012, eMaint announced the opening of a new office in Estero, Florida. The Florida office was part of eMaint’s international expansion to help support its growing client base in Latin America. Today, the Florida office also houses members of eMaint's product support, training and professional services teams.


  • Introduced Semi-Annual User Group Summits

    In 2010, eMaint began hosting User Group Summits twice a year in different cities to help customers utilize their CMMS system as a tool to solve challenges that maintenance professionals face on a daily basis.


  • 2013
  • Released eMaint X3 V11

    In May of 2013, eMaint introduced X3 Version 11 as a precursor to eMaint X4, the next-generation. The new features included enhancements that enabled customers to work faster through one “command-and-control” screen, more efficiently using their own custom workspace and noting priority items as “favorites.”


  • Opened Experience Center

    October 2013 saw the opening of “The Experience Center,” an interactive learning space where customers explore the full range of X3 CMMS capabilities in a hands-on environment with a variety of devices, and have direct access to eMaint product experts who answer questions and offer guidance to new and existing customers.


  • Opened office in Dublin

    In October 2013, eMaint opened an office in the Digital Hub in Dublin, Ireland as the headquarters for its EMEA operations. eMaint chose to expand its office space internationally in order to provide existing European customers with on-the-ground support; further grow its business in Europe; and extend hours of operation to fully cover normal business hours in Europe.


  • 2014
  • Expanded Boot Camp Training Offerings

    In 2014, eMaint expanded its Boot Camp training curriculum to include three-day training packages on “Work Management & PMs,” “System Administration” and “Inventory & Purchasing,” and a one-day “Reports & Dashboards” workshop.


  • Hosted first annual Xcelerate User & Training Conference

    eMaint hosted its first annual Xcelerate14 User and Training Conference on November 11­-14, 2014 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Estero, Florida. brought together global eMaint CMMS users from a broad array of industries. Xcelerate15 was a continued expansion of the promise for success, with different tracks for users at all levels of CMMS usage.


  • 2015
  • Hosted Xcelerate Local Conferences in 4 Cities

    February 2015 marked eMaint’s first Xcelerate Local conference tour. After the success of Xcelerate14, eMaint hit the road to offer highlights of the conference to four cities for a one day user and training event in Houston, Los Angeles, Chicago and Washington DC.


  • Approved as a SMRP Continuing Education Provider

    In Summer 2015, eMaint was offered a new status as an Approved Provider of Continuing Education and Training by the Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP). eMaint’s Approved Provider status is applied to all educational and training sessions at eMaint’s Xcelerate conferences and Boot Camps.


  • Released eMaint X4, Next-Generation CMMS

    eMaint X4, designed to provide the ultimate user experience and streamlined single-page interface, has the power to boost your productivity like never before. Utilizing the latest web technologies and building upon "The Hub" interface from within eMaint X3, the next-generation eMaint X4 encompasses innovative features, increased performance and enhanced capabilities.


  • Launched the eMaint Community & Knowledge Base

    The eMaint Community & Knowledge Base enables eMaint clients to access more than 200 articles on eMaint CMMS and industry best practices. Additionally, eMaint clients can submit and track support cases, chat live with the eMaint support team, and enter and vote on ideas for new feature requests.

  • eMaint Unveils Redesigned Website

    eMaint announced the launch of the new eMaint.com website to better serve clients and members of the maintenance community. The website was designed to provide more intuitive navigation to help users more easily find what they are looking for. The cleaner, fully-responsive interface makes viewing and navigating the website on a mobile device a more streamlined experience.


  • eMaint Ranks on Inc. 5000 List for Fourth Consecutive Year

    eMaint Enterprises LLC earned a spot on the 2016 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America for the fourth consecutive year. The company experienced revenue growth of 148% over the last three years.


  • Expanded Xcelerate Local Conferences to 12 Cities Worldwide

    Expanding the 2016 Xcelerate Local conference tour to 12 cities worldwide allowed maintenance professionals from all across the United States and Europe to attend the one day user and and training conference. The tour included Seattle, Sacramento, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Dublin, Local Angeles, Toronto, Atlanta, Chicago, Bonita Springs, and Philadelphia.


  • eMaint Inducted Into Philadelphia’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies Hall of Fame

    eMaint Enterprises was pleased to announce being named one of Philadelphia’s 100 Fastest­ Growing Companies for the fifth consecutive year. The company was inducted into the Philadelphia 100 Hall of Fame.


  • Fluke acquires eMaint Enterprises

    Fluke Corporation, the world leader in electronic test tools and software, acquired eMaint. This partnership helps drive new generations of connected technologies with groundbreaking levels of support for customers.
