Standard User Account (Named Users)

MX Mobile Users (Named Users)
A type of user account that allows access to MX Mobile, a wireless mobile version of eMaint for use with mobile computers and smart phones. MX Mobile functionality allows for work order management and inventory control.	$10/user/month*
Work Requestor Accounts
Type of user account or access that limits an individual to only have the ability to submit requests for work. Personnel submit requests via secure login and can view history of their open and completed requests. Sold in packs of 10 Users.	$250/10 users/year*
Unlimited Requesters	$1440/year*
Additional Work Request Options
There are 2 additional ways that work requests may be submitted. The email request option allows anyone to send an email which is automatically converted to a work request. With the web request form option, you can easily enable your customers (employees, students, faculty, clients, etc.) to submit a work request via a link from your intranet or web site.

Vendor Portal User Accounts
Type of account that allows vendors and outside contractors to access work that has been assigned to them, acknowledge receipt of the work details, update cost information and attach documents and images to the work order record.	$480/user/year*

Branding Option
With this optional feature, we will rebrand our software to include your company logo and color scheme. Three year minimum purchase requirement. Additional private labeling options available. Call for details.	$2500/year* (3 year minimum)
Document Storage Option
Designed for customers who do not wish to host their documents internally. This optional feature allows system users to upload documents (such as manuals, images, drawings, procedures), link them to records in eMaint, and share them with other users across multiple locations. In order to use this feature, the customer is required to also establish and pay for an account with the storage hosting provider, Rackspace Cloud hosting. Document Storage Option
	The document storage option allows any eMaint X3 user to upload documents, link them to objects within eMaint (such as assets, parts and work orders) and share the documents with other users. The cost for activating this feature across all X3 users within this account is $500/year. Please note that this is in addition to other standard user subscription fees. In order to utilize this feature, an account must first be established with Rackspace Cloud to host your documents. Customers are responsible for setting up their Rackspace account and for paying monthly storage charges directly to Rackspace. Details on Rackspace pricing for file hosting can be found here. Once a Rackspace account has been established, the document storage feature can be activated within your X3 account. Any user can now upload documents through the X3 interface, link them to objects and make the links accessible to other users. The links are easily added to forms through simple configuration. This option provides an easy way to share contracts, manuals, invoices, procedures, drawings, brochures and other rich media documents with others on the account.

What are CMMS and EAM Software?
	A CMMS software package maintains a computer database of information about an organization's maintenance operations, i.e. CMMS - computerized maintenance management system. This information is intended to help maintenance workers do their jobs more effectively (for example, determining which machines require maintenance and which storerooms contain the spare parts they need) and to help management make informed decisions (for example, calculating the cost of machine breakdown repair versus preventive maintenance for each machine, possibly leading to better allocation of resources). CMMS data may also be used to verify regulatory compliance. CMMS packages can produce status reports and documents giving details or summaries of maintenance activities and trends.
