- Email Template IntelliSense: Crafting emails just got smarter! Easily access fields up to three levels deep and get code suggestions when creating email templates, ensuring your references are always correct.
- New Page To View User Activity Logs: Gain deeper insights into user actions. This new page allows you to view and filter activity logs by date range for a specific user, perfect for compliance monitoring and quick investigations.
- PDF Customization Settings: Admins, rejoice! All your PDF-related options are now centralized in Account Settings. Plus, an additional option, “Apply Black and White styling to Work Orders and Purchase Orders”, has also been introduced.
- Negative Line Items in Purchase Orders: Simplify procurement! Purchase Orders now support negative line items, allowing you to record supplier credits for returns or cancellations directly within a single PO, reducing extra work and potential errors.
- Dark Theme: Give your eyes a break! Our significantly improved Dark Theme in X5 offers a more visually appealing and comfortable interface, especially for those working extended hours.
- Role-Based Left-Menu Preferences: Empower your teams with tailored navigation. Administrators can now assign consistent left-menu layouts based on user roles, ensuring everyone sees what’s most relevant and reducing setup time.

Our mobile updates deliver crucial features to make the eMaint app even more powerful for technicians in the field.
- Improved Navigation: Experience seamless navigation on the go! The app now remembers your position in lists, and a new “Scroll to Top” button helps you quickly reset and refresh.
- Multi-Selection Filtering for Entities: Power up your mobile searches! You can now select multiple values in dropdown filters across the Work Order search interface for attributes like status, location, and asset type.
- Saved Filters for all Entities: Stop re-entering filters! You can now create and reuse Saved Filters across all entity lists (Work Orders, Work Requests, Assets, Parts), saving valuable time in the field.
- Push Notifications for China: Ensuring critical alerts reach everyone: Android users in China will now receive push notifications via the Baidu Push Notification Service in regions where Google services are unavailable. Currently in English, with more languages planned.
- Automatic Calculation of Labor Hours: Streamline time tracking. Labor Hours are now calculated and saved automatically when technicians enter “From” and “To” times on the form, instantly updating the quantity.
- Sort Records in Drill Downs: Finding records just got easier. Drill-down search results are now automatically sorted by the display field (Title) in ascending (A–Z) order across the mobile app.
- Lithuanian Language Support: Expanding our global reach, eMaint Mobile now proudly supports Lithuanian, bringing our total to 32 supported languages!
- Improve User Notification about Failed Events: Never miss a critical alert! The “More” icon in the footer now turns red whenever there’s a failed event in the application queue, immediately notifying you of any issues like data sync failures.
