We will work with you to understand and organize your CMMS goals and will then develop and implement a plan consistent with your CMMS objectives. The process begins with a pre-implementation assessment and planning session, during which key member(s) of eMaint's client services group assigned to this project will engage with your internal project team. Through this planning process, we will identify the project goals and objectives, working toward developing a preliminary project timeline that supports these objectives.

Pre-Implementation Assessments#

Pre-Implementation Assessments: Remote

An Implementation Specialist will work with you on-site or remotely to find the best implementation services and strategies for your needs and budget. An eMaint Implementation Specialist will work with you to help you create a working document detailing the current state of your maintenance operation and your future state using eMaint X3. From that document, your Implementation Specialist will develop a custom action plan, which will be presented to you at the conclusion of your Pre-Implementation Assessment. On-site Assessment includes two days at your facility.

Data Conversion #

Data Conversion

Comprehensive data conversion services including data extraction consultation, data evaluation and analysis, mapping consultation and support, and assistance with the installation of both test run and final run sets of data. A fixed price quote is provided upon review of data files.

eMaint has over 26 years experience developing interfaces to integrate our software with external third party applications including SAP and Oracle among others. A fixed price quote is provided once the integration requirements have been established.

eMaint X3 software is highly configurable including screens, forms, reports, dashboards, workflow processes and even fields on the database. You can leverage our expertise and have a member of the client services team tailor the system to best match your needs.

A member of our Professional Services team is available to work with clients remotely or on-site in support of Go-Live. Steps may include confirming that the System Configuration supports client goals, verifying that user rights are aligned with system usage, ensuring Support Team resources are available to address any issues, making minor tweaks to configuration as required or as identified and recommending additional training as may be required.

On-Site Training #

On-Site Training

eMaint's product specialists are well-versed in delivering on-site services to clients in manufacturing, facilities and property management, service delivery and fleet operations including CMMS implementations, data collection, system configuration, and training. Agenda will be developed with client input based on client goals. We offer standard 3-day, 5-day, and 10-day service packages and can also tailor the services to meet your needs. On-site services are priced per day plus travel related expenses, which are additional.

New User Boot Camps #

New User Boot Camps

Get your users up and running fast with our intensive, one-day New X3 User Boot Camps. These 8-hour sessions introduce users to X3's core functionality and are held every other month in major cities around the country. Each session is led by an eMaint product specialist and includes classroom-style instruction and hands-on practice. Registration is limited so every participant gets the attention he or she needs from the trainer. Breakfast and lunch will be provided onsite at all Boot Camps. eMaint is pleased to have the opportunity of hosting X3 User Group Summits in cities across the country twice a year.During the two-day conference, each attendee is provided with the unique opportunity to network with other X3 users, learn from eMaint products experts, participate in customer case study presentations and Best Practices presentations by reliability experts, "Ask the Expert" success clinics and vision sharing with snior members of the eMaint Leadership Team. Consulting services are priced per day plus travel related expenses, which are additional.

Annual Evaluations #

Annual Evaluation

An X3 Implementation Specialist will evaluate your organization's implementation and usage of the system and create a roadmap for the next 12 months so you can continue your CMMS success. Your Roadmap may include recommendations for expanded use of the system, changes to your current configuration and ongoing training. On-Site evaluations include a two days of on-site meetings with key stakeholders at your facility.
